People, believe Monaco Beach - this is the worst thing that could happen to me! I don’t need to lie, I’m from Ukraine, Dnepropetrovsk region, Nikopol, this is not the first time in Turkey, and I can say that the 4 stars declared to me by the tour operator do not even pull on a seedy three - the current flows in the hall and in the kitchen, with puddles of water under them accordingly, very dirty rooms, lack of towels, non-working air conditioner, the toilet was also repaired on its own, the food is terrible - meat (chicken) is a luxury, there is no fruit, the bar has warm strongly diluted beer, and the water "ala juice fresh" painted over by Jupi of terrible taste, the pool is big, you can’t say anything, but there are no slides from the photos of the hotel, there is one unfortunate one, but even that without water.

The service is boorish vodka beer wine you have to beg for scary little rooms they told 18 m2 but in fact somewhere around 9m2 the air conditioner was broken to sleep impossible to sleep not 80m but a whole 400m there is no bar by the beach there is only a small tray where you can drink water but it opens at 11.

The view from the rooms is on the mountains, on the street and on the pool. The photos posted on the sites are already outdated, and therefore they do not have a sea view. An obstacle to this is a newly built hotel that closes the sea. The territory of the hotel is really small. There is no animation. And not because it’s bad there, but because our compatriots don’t particularly like and perceive animation. The service staff is just amazing. The food is quite normal. Eat, don't want to. Lots of vegetables. There is no meat, but there is chicken. True, there are no pastries and the wine is tasteless. But the beer is ok. As for the beach, it's just great: pebbles + sand, clear sea. The gym (though you can't call it that) consists of three exercise machines and a table tennis table. . If you are relaxing with your family, in principle, a relaxing holiday in this hotel is guaranteed to you. If you are looking for entertainment then this hotel is not for you.

All alcohol is diluted, well, I didn’t really care. Beer is not bad (for adults in the hotel, if they pour it, or they may not pour it, just like that) 3. Room service - they don’t clean the children, the rest is bad. The elevator did not work - so the aunts from the third floor were very funny in the morning dragging their trunks. But most of all, I was struck by the check-out - The children were billed - for glasses that were not in the room, for soiled sheets ! , for broken plates in other hotels (which the children did not beat, because they did not live in these hotels), for broken windows, for "furniture, etc. , etc. But the main thing is that when you leave, ALL SUITCASES SHMONAL!!!! ! Everyone has!!!! ! they checked with a metal detector. They squeaked and they were opened despite protests and inspected. Honestly, this is the first time I've seen this. It's amazing. Another thing: the territory of the hotel is not fenced, all the children go where they want at any time (maybe of course this is everyone's business, but the Turks like the attention of girls - for now). Girl HIT! In the shop. Probably something happened there, But the child was hit in the face! The fears do what they want. Almost everyone smokes Kolyan, from the age of 10, right next to the shops, the Turks are happy to sell everything. Beer, vodka and wine on the streets - also unlimited. The Turks don't care who sells what. That's why teenagers drink. What are they smoking there? The sea is good, the Sun also, But the HOTEL is a nightmare! And do not think that this is all nit-picking. Believe me, you can close your eyes to many things. Children communicate, they have their own company, it's cheap. But the way the rest goes in this lagar hotel, then believe me - it’s better not to. You are very lucky if you are reading this review. Before leaving, I was not interested in anyone's impressions, because with a hotel in the Czech Republic I was deceived by reviews. To begin with, I have been visiting Turkey every year since 2001, mostly always excellent or good hotels (not counting the infamous single deception of a travel agency with a hotel in Side). Never mess with Lick Tour! For 7 days of stay at the hotel, the guide was seen only 1 time. Entering the restaurant on the evening of July 29, they were shocked by the closeness due to the fact that the air conditioners did not work.
On the first evening we were met with problems. We were settled with my sister and relatives on completely different floors, and they were in a normal room, and we were in a doghouse (they paid the same for tickets). They promised to move the next day, but it came out the next day with a huge scandal!!!
Our first number was awesome: you open the door to the toilet and you are in the shower, you will walk a little sideways on the toilet; the room itself is 2 by 3, no more, and instead of a window there is a tiny window. Remember: this is room number 309! Later we were moved to a birdhouse, though with a large bathroom and a balcony (room No. 307). And don't dream about carpeted floors, that's rare. Joy-air conditioner split. There was really little food, especially towards the end of the holiday. The whole hotel was packed with tourists from Russia, Turkey, Ukraine.
We rested so much that we all lost weight a little. At the beginning of the meal, there were always not enough tables so that I had to resort to specific impudence (I sat down to dine in the hall and the bartender quickly settled the problem - I urgently found a free table). If you think to actively relax, it won’t work either, animation, like disco (if it looks like it at least somehow), sucks, as well as a gym with 3 simulators!
The beach is 4 rows of sun loungers, since they did not manage to spoil the beautiful sea, because it warmed up to +35. It will be difficult to find a bar on the beach, which is very similar to the stall from the times of the USSR (there is only UPI and ordinary water). Those unfortunate 4-5 photos according to the description of the hotel have all the views that can be observed. The water slide is just a parody of the normal one, and the pool is no deeper than 160 cm. Please note that the bar near the lobby is only open until 22:45. In addition, do not believe that the beach is 80 meters from the sea! (At least 200 m). Neighboring hotels: Sinatra (disco Amadeo only for cretins), Stella, but you should not visit them. Pay attention to something more worthy: Fantasia De Lux, Rixos Labada, L`Oceanica, Riva Zena, Pine House. If we talk about the employees of the finished Monaco beach, then only the receptionist Edem and a young DJ are normal there. Tip: either don't go to this hotel at all, which deserves partly 2 stars, or be arrogant and scandalous! God help!

Unfortunately, the rest was overshadowed by a very unpleasant episode that happened to our youngest child (5 years old). 11.07. 07 he swam in the hotel pool, and since he is uncertain on the water, he had flippers on his feet, and his grandmother was next to him. He went down the stairs to the pool, and holding on to the edge of the pool began to move towards the water slide. At that moment, the pipe sucking water from the pool and supplying it to the slide pulled the child's fins into itself and he plunged into the water with his head. Grandmother, who was nearby, picked him up and pulled him to the surface. The strength of the flow of water was such that the fins, which were very tight on the legs, were torn off in an instant. The frightened child could not calm down for a long time.
My mother, trying to understand what happened, brought her leg to the pipe and also suffered - she hurt her leg.
The manager was not at the hotel that day. The next day we turned to him in the hope that we would be able to somehow resolve the situation. Unfortunately, he replied that there was no question of any compensation for damage, either moral or material (the fins were bought by us in Turkey for 20 USD) ...Guys, this is very serious - a real threat to the life of a child, if a child it sucks - it won’t break out on its own and a depth of one and a half meters is more than enough for everything ...
I wrote to the travel agency hoping either for compensation (not flippers, of course - I don’t want to put the life of a child and $ 20 on the same level), or for a discount from the next trip, and most importantly - in my claim I asked them to take some action on the hotel staff so that they protect their customers from such a serious danger to life as our child was exposed to (it is enough to protect the water intake with a net to the bottom of the pool). As far as I know from friends who rested in this hotel after us, no changes have occurred.
To all this, they answered me that a request was sent to the hotel and a response was received that everything complies with the established safety standards, the company apologized to me, BUT there can be no question of any compensation. So - the salvation of drowning people is the work of the drowning people themselves ...
And the company is called NOVATOURS, it works in the Baltic States, we traveled from Estonia
