We didn’t want to give up on the paw, since we had already paid enough, so we got a room after 10 hours of arrival at the hotel, somewhere after 17:00 and we changed 6 rooms, since everyone was as dirty as possible - everything was covered in fungus, air conditioning worked, but he was covered in dust, stank of dampness (by the way, because of this, my wife got a severe allergy, because there was dirty air and all the bacteria settled in her lungs, now she has been in the hospital for 10 days already).

2. The staff is boorish and they don't care about anything, no matter who you are and how much you pay.


3. Cleanliness: It just doesn't exist. The bed is dirty and with footprints, the pillows are yellow stained, the towels are in a terrible state. Many guests just went to buy their whole bed, we are no exception. The shower room is covered in fungus, the shower is broken, the toilet was terribly black upon check-in.
In principle, the floor is not vacuumed, only occasionally they can be washed (in 8 days we were cleaned only once and then only because we insisted.

Localization: You buy All inclusive, but you will have to walk 1 km to another hotel "Matiate Hotel" where all the services (food, animation) are shorter than the main building, but believe me, on the 4th day you already get tired of walking 10 km a day, just to eat and go to the beach. The beach is located 800 meters from the hostel.

5. The people who work there themselves say that this hotel does not have any stars at all, since it is just a roadside motel where everyone can stay. The staff does not steal, but everyone from the street can rob (Two couples were robbed during our vacation)

6. The beach, together with the head hotel Matiate Hotel, is very small, dirty - namely, bulls, glasses, glass are everywhere, people cut their legs on it: the mattresses are all torn, dirty, it can be seen that they are very old.

7. Meals: Monotonous, the same every day, but you can live.
