The hotel was not chosen by chance, according to a review on YouTube by Alexei Krylov. We arrived at 8 am, put on our bracelets, left our suitcases at the spa, changed clothes and went to breakfast. The territory is incredibly beautiful, large and well-groomed. At 10-00 (! ) we were already settled in a room on the 4th floor with a sea view. The room is bright, clean (we did not ask, but they gave it exactly as we wanted - three beds, we liked it right away. )) The view is simply amazing !!!! ! Cleaning daily, sheets and towels changed every other day. There are beach towels in the room. The bar is replenished every day. Kettle and everything you need.
At the reception, any issue was resolved quickly - within 5-15 minutes. Thank you. (Either we asked for a blanket, then we didn’t immediately understand where to turn on the light, then they called the doctor, asked to set up the air conditioner. ) The insurance came in handy, we turned to Laura Murat, after 10 minutes he came for us, took us to Kemer, did everything necessary, and brought back to the hotel. There were no problems with communication in Russian. The staff works very hard! In a restaurant or bar, they will immediately clean up after you. Everything is processed, everywhere disinfection. It’s good that the staff serves you dishes, and I didn’t have time to look, they are already laying with a plate and more than you can handle. The choice is sufficient. Various meats, grilled vegetables, fish. . . Delicious desserts and sweets. . .
Fragrant coffee in the lobby bar (we tried everything!!! ) Many thanks to the barista girls. All over the place the staff works like bees!!! ! We did not go to the disco, but the music did not interfere with sleep at all. There were light and music shows. With a closed balcony, I did not hear. I read complaints about cats, I saw two on the last day of rest. Pools... Everything is thought out to the smallest detail (and obviously made with love... IMHO... ), the water is clean and warm, like the sea. Separation of depth for children and adults. There were free sunbeds both on the sea and near the pools. We came in the morning, in the evening... no need to borrow in advance.

We didn’t buy a local SIM card, the Internet is average... but we had enough for calls. Safe for free, enjoyed. By the way, there are Russian channels on TV. We have a family vacation, so we really enjoyed it.
P. S. I read a lot of different reviews about different hotels. . . Of course, there are people for whom either the sea is salty, or the wind is in the wrong direction. . . Take your family, good mood, smile and you will be happy.
I lacked one thing - time to stay longer! Thank you for a wonderful holiday. I hope to visit you again.
