Просто ужас!!! Just awful!!!

I don't recommend the hotel. Rest in it is daily stress. Check-in - check-out: no options, even for a fee. The staff is not friendly, incompetent, customer focus is 0. Rooms on the weak 3, specifically in our room, the air conditioner did not work, the extractor hood in the bathroom was very weak, water was constantly flowing in the toilet / due to our requests, repairs /, no one tried to do anything in a week. In the hall, where we spent 8 hours upon arrival and departure, there was dirt, 0 fresh air and an infestation of flies…. There are not enough tables in the restaurant and sun loungers on the beach for all tourists. Towels for a fee, water in a cooler, you had to buy. You were drinking your own coffee, then the machine didn’t work, then you were looking for dishes. Food for 4* is weak and tasteless. There is a lot of fruit, but you have to be in time for the opening, otherwise everything will be swept away. The beach is a different story - you need to take a sunbed early, otherwise there will be sun and pebbles, the beach is not cleaned. The only thing to drink is water in the cooler, there are no options at all.
The only plus is the sea and mountains, but this is a natural resource. The orange garden and pine trees are in the area, not on the territory. It’s a pity, but after such a hotel, I don’t want to return to Turkey!! !
