Just arrived today, but already some frustration. There are no free rooms and everyone is settled for a day in their own trio of Lims Bona Park. This is not the first day this has happened. People who arrived yesterday (09/15/2018) still cannot check into their rooms. The hotel management doesn't care at all. Our travel agency contacted representatives of Corel Travel, and they, in turn, contacted the hotel. What will happen next, I have no idea.
