A great hotel for families, I can safely recommend it. There are of course pros and cons like everyone else.
Pros:
- Well-groomed large green area! The air is amazing, everything is so beautiful walking in the park.
- The staff and service are top notch. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. Any issues are resolved in a minute.
- Rooms! ! New renovation, everything is so modern in high-tech style.
- The sea is super, the water is azure (I understand that this is not the merit of the hotel, but if you take it from the point of view of location, this is a huge plus).
- Cleaning is done constantly and it doesn't matter if it's a restaurant, a beach or a pool area. Everything is clean and disinfected.
- Quarantine regulations. In this period, the little things matter! All cutlery items are served in separate bags, there are many sanitizers on the territory, there are also hand sanitizers and alcohol wipes in the rooms, it is possible to take masks if necessary.
- There is a senior bartender who makes stunning cocktails)) not only delicious but also beautiful)
Disadvantages:
- Food. . . I can't say that this is a complete disadvantage (50/50). It's delicious, but very little variety. Every day is the same. By the end of the holiday, I didn’t want anything anymore. Only half of the distribution works. Yes, there is fish (dorado, trout, grilled salmon) and meat such as kebab, chicken, grilled turkey. Everything is very tasty, but some theme days and a variety of dishes were missing. Breakfast is very weak and also monotonous.
For the level of this hotel is rather weak, even the locals themselves say that it used to be much better.
- A trifle but sometimes annoying is that the issuance of towels only at 8 to 12 then a break and from 14 to 18. not convenient.
- Wifi is not very stable, constantly knocked out and did not reconnect. The owners of androids were fine, but those with iPhones will have to suffer.
