Cleaning is carried out qualitatively, every day at lunchtime. At the reception around the clock you can find out any information, order an excursion, lunch, consult on shopping, etc. The hostess Olesya is especially helpful to everyone. She speaks Russian, Turkish, English and helps the guests to resolve any issues. In general, the atmosphere in the hotel is homely, very cozy and comfortable. I saw guests who have already come to this hotel several times, although they have decent incomes and can easily afford any 5-ku.
