This hotel should be blacklisted in Turkey. The idea during its construction was good, but, apparently, something did not work out for the owners, and now it is a quiet horror, primarily in terms of the quality of service, maintenance and accommodation. It is difficult to describe all the insanity, the indifference of the staff and the lack of any quality of service, and it is simply a pity to waste time describing this. Just don't go to this hotel. Tour operator Natalie-Tour (bought at the agency Yarche-Zharche, Krylatskoe, Moscow) - a separate "merci" for the fact that they sell tours here without warning customers about what awaits them there. This is either complete unprofessionalism, or a conscious desire to quickly sell the tour, essentially deceiving the client in his expectations, and at least "the grass does not grow there. " And they sell it like "5 stars or so". It's -5 (minus five) stars.
