There is no refrigerator in this room, the cabinet furniture is dead, the faucet in the bathroom is hanging, the lamp is broken, in general the picture looks like this is not a room, but a utility room for staff. The whole next morning we fought over resettlement, the administrator's shift abruptly ceased to understand Russian. The representative of the travel agency sympathized, was indignant for decency and advised to resolve the issue on the spot. To whom they did not ask a question about compensation, everyone did not understand what we were talking about. Then all the same we were moved to a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony. Cleaning was every day, but somehow bypassed the bathroom. The refrigerator is small and old, with a skewed door it is difficult to open. It is better not to rely on hot water in the morningbecause the tanks on the roof are heated during the day.
The second - the food is mediocre, specific. There is little meat, only apples from fruits. A free bar was included in the set of services, but it was very difficult to catch the bartender, he poured wine reluctantly, and honestly, we felt like beggars, it was easier to go to the supermarket.

Thirdly, the pool worked from 9-30 to 18-30, it was not very popular, but it was used a couple of times. Half of the sun loungers are broken, but otherwise there are no complaints.
