Have a nice day everyone) The review turned out to be long, but those who want a true picture of the rest at the HAVANA hotel in Kemer should spend a little of their time. I hope this will help you when choosing a place to stay))
Impressions about the hotel are ambiguous... we rested in July 2019 - from the pros: 1. the territory is ennobled; 2. the pool was clean during our stay (but it is worth noting that the cleanliness around it was, frankly, not so hot . . vacationers broke a glass right at the side, so the fragments were removed only after a few hours, although the incident was reported immediately) ; 3. the kitchen is excellent - the chef is a real expert in his field! ! there are always a lot of fresh vegetables and herbs, delicious pastries, a week there was a fish, a barbecue, and a chicken, in general, everything is delicious, there was always enough of everything, no matter what time you came to the restaurant; 4. there is a gym in the complex (although it is “advertised” somehow by chance - we got there on the last day, and then simply because we had to do something before the arrival of the transport guide); 5. We personally liked the location of the hotel - to the sea about 10 minutes on foot, to the center of Kemer (to the clock tower) about the same, but in the other direction.
And now to the cons:

1. the attitude of individual service personnel towards tourists is just a brain explosion!! ! The "man" at the reception believes that he is the most important and decides EVERYTHING here (this is a quote from him personally). When contacting him on any issue, you will encounter an imitation of his extreme busyness - this manifests itself in pointless clicking with the mouse on the monitor screen (while, of course, no processes occur). The “important guy” will ignore any attempts to start a conversation, start calling somewhere, etc. - this happened systematically, and not only with us, but also with other guests. When the “king” nevertheless condescended to communicate with mere mortals in our person, it was announced to us that it was customary to present him something “from the heart” when checking in - in our case it was a few hryvnia bills, but apparently, this is by Turkish standards very little so we were graciously given the "Best Room".
2. As for the rooms - they are all about the same, we were lucky to live in 3 options))!! ! In principle, for an average 3-ki it would be fine, but since the hotel positions itself as a 4-star, you need to understand that the rooms do not meet this standard! The furniture is relatively new (in one of the rooms, the closet door was rolled off and simply put in the right place. Since we didn’t know this, the door crashed right on our feet, it’s good that it wasn’t on a child). The TV worked (only a couple of Russian-language channels with a relative signal transmission quality, but still worked). The refrigerator in the room, frankly, is strange - it stands inside in the closet and when the doors are closed, it does not cool, but simply bakes food. For it to work, you need to open the door, but then part of the room is blocked and it becomes problematic to move around in the room, because the rooms, to put it mildly, are VERY compact. There are enough sockets in the room, but some of them are simply torn out “with meat”, so it is simply unsafe to use them. The bathroom in the rooms is in order, but it’s just a problem with water - every day at about 7 am and in the evening for an hour and a half there was no water at all (the pool filter is started at this time, most likely this is the problem), and in the middle of the day you need to catch a moment to swim in warm water - storage tanks on the roof and heat up just from the sun, so whoever was the first of the guests to take a shower, well done! The rest - you need to keep up, but if you didn’t have time - swim in the ice, and in general “everyone lives like that, both Germans and Turks, and no one complains, and you are worse than the Germans! ” - so we were told by a very IMPORTANT person at the reception.
3. When I checked into the room, I had no idea that I would have to share the living space with someone else)) - there are ants in the room. No, not like that - there are ANTS in the room !!!! ! there are not two or three of them, they didn’t just accidentally get there and immediately leave . . Each room has a balcony, it is entwined with plants, it was from there that these zealous small insects “walked” in our case. Moreover, they walked collectively and quickly, so much so that when I woke up in the morning, I was simply stunned, because they were everywhere!! ! It turned out to be simply impossible to defeat such a number of goosebumps without special means, wielding only a slipper, so I ran to the savior from the reception for help. This time, I didn’t wait until IMPORTANT would pay attention to me, but immediately actively and clearly outlined my requirements - they listened to me and promised help within 15 minutes . . I noticed, the maid came in 3.5 hours))) to this time, the family of insects was mercilessly destroyed by us, but their relatives hurried to the rescue, so the number of ants periodically returned to the original)) In the end, the fight against ants with a chemical spray took about 3 minutes at most - why was it to take time and give me trouble, I don’t know. Maybe the receptionist just wanted to make fun of them, or maybe they just don't care about their guests - the story is silent about this. . .
4. And one more important point!! ! our flight was moved from early morning to evening, it was indicated that we spend this time at the hotel at the expense of the tour operator. According to the regulations, check-out from the rooms is before 11.00, but upon check-in we were promised full service on the last day due to a change in the departure time. In fact - at 13.00 the maid announced that we had to leave, she would clean up! ! And the receptionist (in whose presence the proper service was announced) was very surprised that we had not yet vacated the room and said that in this case we need to PAY for the time that we sat out))) But as it turned out, the situation in this case is being resolved very simple - calling the guide instantly freed us from additional expenses, and the IMPORTANT person stated in surprise that he meant paying extra time at the hotel if we wanted to stay with them for a few more days, and we just misunderstood him)))

How to end the review? In general, of course, you can relax here - the food is very tasty, the sea is beautiful and clean, not far from the beach and the center, but if you are used to normal hotel service, pass by this place. Maybe all the hotels in this country practice such an attitude towards guests, I don’t know - it was the first trip to sunny Turkey. But it was 100% negative service - I lived in different hotels, there is something to compare with. Even in hostels sometimes the attitude is much better. And in any case, I believe that at least it is incorrect and tactless to compare people by nationality, be rude and rude, refuse accommodation and extort money with tricks - the hotel management should pay attention to such “trifles”. Good luck to the hotel, and patience and strong nerves to its guests!! ! Thank you if you read to the end, I hope my review will be useful to someone)) Have a good mood and a sunny comfortable stay for everyone !! !
