Previously, the hotel was called apple paradise hotel 3 * because the rating and reviews are just ales kaput, they changed their name to TM Red Stars Anex Hotel, Green stars Anex hotel and Navy Blu Hotel 3ri hotels on the same territory and this has SOMETHING one owner.
They confirm the check-in when booking places for EVERYONE, but in fact there are no places in the hotel and upon arrival they push everyone anywhere. Whoever will be pushed into the partner’s hotel until your reserved room is vacant is lucky, but they can be settled in a pantry without windows or even much worse.
We were settled like everyone else on the 3rd day, and then we got into the wrong hotel that we booked instead of Red stars in Green stars.
The rooms are miserable. On the ground floor, in general, the walls in the room are moldy, the stench of dampness. With difficulty, they knocked out a room higher than 4-bed for 2.
There were a lot of people who were not settled at the entrance, like us. For all the threats, screams of scuffle, there was absolutely no reaction from the hotel administration. Their tactic is to rake in money with a shovel, confirm the reservation and not settle, since there are no places physically and, upon arrival, shove at least somewhere.
As the residents of Red and Navu told us, we were lucky that we ended up in Green stars and not in their other hotel.
Food for pigs is even better. Groats every day for lunch and dinner such as pearl barley, there is no meat at all, only the chicken was smelly for 8 days 1 time and then more bones and skins than meat, also some semi-finished soy products in the form of pseudo cutlets and that's it. Hmm, there was also crucian fish with huge bones, it's horrifying. Many had poisonings, as there are a lot of flies and they land everywhere, I have never seen such a number of flies. Terrible mud, I have never seen such a viper.
The room was never cleaned more than once. The dirt is terrible also in the room. Another tap with hot water did not work well, the water flowed only either hot or cold, it was not diluted, the pump was broken. One day there was no cold water at all. Even after the repair of the pump, the hot and cold water was not regulated.
