Due to the duration of our trips (22-28 days), the hotel was chosen based on the cost. And although we did not expect much from the hotel, everything turned out to be not so scary. We got a quite decent room, on the 3rd floor: the air conditioner worked perfectly, the cleaning was carried out regularly and with sufficient quality, the shower worked properly, and the semblance of a shower cabin did not allow water to splash onto the floor. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and it’s even strange for me to read that one of the tourists was dissatisfied with them. But the behavior of some tourists left much to be desired: the eternal crush in the canteen, the fight for cutlery and plates (in which, by the way, there was no shortage), trampling feet in impatient anticipation of food... Well, for the textbook "thank you, please, hello "Also, not everyone is capable.
The food is really extremely scarce, but in treshkas, with rare exceptions, this is how they are fed. 4 days before our departure, there was a mass poisoning in the hotel, but everything ended well. . .
Summing up the above, I want to note that the hotel is fully consistent with the declared stars, and I think the price-quality ratio is ideal.

Although, if you demand five-star service from a modest 3-star hotel by paying mere pennies for a ticket, then this is no longer the problem of this hotel, but the problem of a tourist.
