Pretty good. Although the hotel is actually located on the third line, there are no other buildings behind it, and only orange and pomegranate gardens separate you from the mountains. If you get a room with a view of the mountains, then apart from these gardens and mountains, nothing “extra” will be visible from the window. At the same time, it is quite close to the center and shopping facilities: it is only 900 m to the central square of Kemer, 1 km to Migros, 2 km to the port, 300 m to the nearest cluster of ATMs. And far from mosques: the nearest one is 1 km, so that in the mornings, with the balcony open, their calls, though audible, do not interfere.
Territory

Compact. But the outside relaxation area and the surrounding orchards expand the space. Three clean pools on the main territory and one in the relax zone. The greenery is well-groomed, the gardener regularly trims the bushes and removes dry leaves. A sweeping machine drives along the paths, like we have in the subway. Trees - oranges, cypresses. Children's playground with slide and swings. The slides by the pool are children's size, adults practically did not ride them. They work on schedule, but for quite a long time. WiFi covers only part of the territory, in most rooms it is not caught. Late in the evening, you can sit by the pool with a normal signal, but during the day, when the afflicted crowd the lobby, the network barely crawls.
Rooms
Relatively spacious for the Turkish four. With a settlement scheme of 3 adults + 1 child, we had a double bed, a single bed and a children's bed in a standard room, and the room was not crowded. The balconies are small, the squares are about 2 sq. m. A bathroom with a full bath, but the plug does not close the drain tightly enough. The sink drain was partially clogged and I heard other hotel guests contacting reception with the same problem, so take a pack or two of Mole with you. But with sockets is nonsense: there is only one socket in the room available to guests, and that one is on the opposite side from the beds. If you like to lie around with a tablet or smartphone, stock up on an extension cord. At the same time, there are as many as four outlets in the bathroom, including two low-power ones for an electric razor. Cleaned to the conscience, the bedspreads are twisted (we left 2 lira each). In the minibar upon arrival there was a bag of juice and a bottle of water according to the number of guests, then every other time the cleaners left a bottle of 1.5 liters each. Bed linen and towels are clean, new and changed regularly. Beach towels - basically the same, but came across with holes. Television - there is no specialized children's channel, but English-language cartoons come across.
Nutrition

This is perhaps the main advantage of Bergamot. In terms of variety and quality of nutrition, Bergamot makes some fives. This is not immediately noticeable, since there are few stands for hot trays and salads, and the staff, roughly speaking, operates on the principle of “take apart the chicken - put the turkey”. ? And so there is always a bird, a fish of one degree or another of bonyness was also almost always seen. Fruit always, sweets for lunch and dinner. There is little porridge and pasta, side dishes are mostly vegetable. Three times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) dinner is “themed”, these days they made either grilled lamb, then salmon, then pizza, and the a la carte restaurant does not work these days. Drinks - in general, like everywhere else, coffee is only clearly budgetary, and even Turkish coffee is made from cheap varieties. The cups would only be bigger, otherwise I had to run three times with thimbles for tea and coffee.
The a la carte restaurant is very good, the choice of dishes is not the widest, but everything is very tasty and beautifully decorated. The view from the terrace at sunset is great - to catch it, try to make an appointment for 7pm, not 8pm: The sun goes behind the mountains quite early.
Bars around the territory... Well, okay. You won't die of thirst for sure, but of hunger. . . Here they mainly focus on those who missed lunch and want to bite at least something before dinner. The assortment in the snack bar was the same, the only difference noted was that on the last day the sausage and spaghetti trays were swapped. ? But only in the snack bar they pour ayran. The evening bar is not greedy, you can sit thoughtfully with a few glasses. But the "night watcher" is not provided here.
Beach

Here is Bergamot's sore spot. And it's not even that the beach is one and a half kilometers away: the bus runs regularly, and the ride is only three or four minutes. But the beach itself is located rather unsuccessfully, and, as many have already written, floating garbage is blown there from all over the water area. In the first couple of days, we looked with horror at the scraps of plastic bags floating around and God knows what organic matter, both artificial and natural, but what can we do, the money has been paid. And then the complete calm gave way to a light breeze, and the sea cleared up, in the mornings it was generally transparent, as in advertising photos. Sand, pebbles were visible to a depth of seven meters without a mask. But, your division, what are old tires, some buckets and other rubbish doing at the bottom? Is it really that hard to get ashore? Lots of fish. While snorkelling, I saw a flounder and a small stingray - but it is at a depth, you can not be afraid to step on it. There are not enough changing cabins: one near the sun loungers and one unlocked by the toilet. Usually this is enough, but before lunch, when everyone rushes to the same bus, there is a queue. Although you can ride the bus without changing your clothes. In addition to the bar, there is a swing, a children's gazebo, garden chess. For 20 liras, you can rent something like a beach pavilion for 2-4 people for a day. Entry into the water - like on the South Coast, pebbles and depth a few meters from the shore.
Relax zone
A quiet place to relax in the citrus garden opposite the hotel. A small pool with a waterfall, a bar and a green alley. Children under 16 are allowed in once a week, on Mondays at 5 pm, with an organized tour to feed rabbits and turtles. It’s a great place, but it’s a pity that it’s only open from 9 to 18. It would be nice to come here when the children are already put to bed...
Fitness zone
On the one hand, it's very good. Hamam is large, with several side rooms, a whole crowd can hang out here. A bunch of massage rooms and experienced masseurs - at least Lisa is a really good specialist, although the prices for massage, of course, bite. Sauna, indoor pool, dentist's office. Trainer. On the other hand, all this disgrace is also open only from 9 in the morning. So, after having a hearty breakfast at All Inclusive, will you go to the gym to lift iron? Well, we didn’t go either, since the nature around is good, and running at dawn along the highway through the pine forest to neighboring Goynuk and back is quite a warm-up and a discharge of eaten calories. But still, given that breakfast here starts at 7 in the morning, the gym should be opened at the latest at 6.
Animation
Varied and regular. Every day all sorts of games by the pool, darts, shooting from the air, evening dances and karaoke for children. Once a week "Turkish night". The kids club is open all day.
Staff
Everyone is quite friendly and welcoming. Someone knows English better, someone - Russian. Official check-in is at 2 pm, we arrived at 8 am, and the bracelets were put on immediately, the luggage was taken to the storage room, and by 11 o’clock the room was ready. With a late check-out, they handed over the key, as expected, at 12 - they left the bracelets for us, the luggage was again waiting for us in the pantry.
The host

We traveled with Pegasus from Kyiv. Flights - UIA, in one direction 737 with the distance between the rows, implying the pose "knees pressed to the ears" and a modest sandwich for breakfast, in the other - quite a normal 737 and normal food. The hotel guide Venus, of course, told horror stories to the “first-timers”, but in relation to us she fulfilled her duties in full.
Summary
Bergamot is undoubtedly an excellent four, in terms of individual service indicators, it is quite comparable with the fives of the same region, and families with children will enjoy holidays here first of all. But something needs to be done about the beach!
