On May 15.2005, we arrived in Antalya. 15 people brought us to the FAME OTEL hotel, here we were told that there were no free places for everyone and we would have to move to a hotel nearby FAME NONA this hotel has 3+ stars, I specifically asked the question for how long they were ready to move us, the reception said that for the whole travel period. Some who arrived on our flight were "luckier" than they were moved to the FAME NONA hotel instead of the FAME Beach 4+ hotel.
We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The hotel itself is a maximum of 2 stars in the interior, the rooms are damp, the air conditioner is central, it works intermittently, there are a lot of ants.
Meals were organized in a nearby 4-star hotel, varied food, very tasty.
On the fifth day, when we arrived from a trip to Antalya Aqualand at about 18.30, upon receiving the keys, we were told that we were being transferred to the FAME OTEL and that we would not be allowed into our room, which was previously occupied and that our things had already been collected.
We had to ask for almost 30 minutes to be shown to our room in order to make sure that all our things were packed. After we checked the room, we were taken to the FAME OTEL. When asked why we were not informed about the move to another hotel, the hotel guide Ksenia said that it was not her problem, that the travel agency guide should have informed you.
After we arrived at our hotel, got a room, started unpacking things, discovered that some of the things were missing, went to the FAME NONA hotel to sort it out after half an hour of proceedings and, jointly offended, found another package with missing things.
In the lobby of this hotel, we met the rest of the vacationers, who, like us, were moved to FAME OTEL.
There were about 10 of us, they heard the story of two women who had come from Arkhangelsk to whom the hotel guide Ksenia gave 10 minutes to collect their belongings and vacate the room, otherwise she threatened to call security.
All together, we demanded to call a guide from our travel agency, but they could not be found, only the senior hotel guide of FAME hotels came and introduced herself as Ksenya, she, in general, instead of listening to our complaints, was rude to us and accused us of sitting here on purpose, all of the above was invented and we just don't want to go to a worse class hotel.
We liked the FAME OTEL in which we spent the rest of the holiday more, and the service is better and the attitude of the staff is better.
