Returned only evenings from this hotel. There were two adults and a 7 year old child. In general, the impressions are positive. There was nothing that spoiled the holiday. We managed to "capture" loyal prices, and therefore were quite satisfied. Although the first impression when we arrived and went into the hotel lobby: "Where did we go? ". Somehow everything looks very simple and gives the impression that the hotel is a "hole". But when we were taken to the room, we calmed down a bit. The room turned out to be quite clean and tidy, everything worked, the sewage system did not stink (we had it on the 3rd floor), the bed is clean, there are slippers, a set of shampoos, gels, hair balm, cotton pads, cotton swabs, combs, a sewing kit, a spoon for shoes. Just a little bit, then not added. The air conditioner worked fine, although I had to adjust it so that it did not blow on the bed. The room had two single beds and a chair-bed, which was sent for us. Also, a TV, a large closet, a safe, hangers and shelves are relatively few. In the refrigerator, ordinary and mineral water. The second room key is given for $5. For towel cards, you must first leave a deposit of 10 dlr / piece. (This is the first time I've seen this). Then you can change towels at the spa once a day.
The hotel has a small working sports corner. We checked the treadmills - they work) The hotel does not give ice cream for free, but there is a refrigerator near the beach with a fee: 1 ball - $ 1. The ball is laid down generously. You eat one. The beach is quite normal, in my opinion there are enough sunbeds, even though the hotel is loaded "to the eyeballs". But there may not be enough cover for the shadow for everyone. Yes, and the shadow from them is somehow weak. I would like more shade, because. at 8 in the morning it was already 30 degrees of heat, and in the afternoon up to 39!! ! Where there are sun loungers, small pebbles, like sand, closer to the sea and pebbles in the sea. Need special shoes. There are no handrails for a convenient exit from the sea either. Therefore, it is quite difficult for elderly people or those who have problems with their legs to get out of the sea along a pebble embankment. There is a pontoon, it is without sun loungers. It has a rather high staircase to the sea. The beach is cleaned, but not very well. Garbage in the sand can be seen even in the morning, so the cleaning of the beach is not too thorough, although you can’t say that it doesn’t exist at all. The sea is great! The truth is not very warm. Every day is different: sometimes warmer, sometimes colder. It is crystal clear, but slightly hazy. And the color changed every day. But still the sea is great!
The water park is great too! There are slides for every taste. Both for toddlers and older kids. On adult slides, there are also four not very high ones, from which both adults and children slide down. But they are not allowed to move out with their parents. And since in the pool the depth is 120 cm, then I moved out, and then I waited for my daughter below. But they allow children to be in armlets. Gorki really liked. The water park also has three swimming pools. One deep 3.25 cm, one 1.30 cm and a wave pool with a gradual depth in which water aerobics took place. Inside the buildings there is also a large pool 1.50 cm deep. By the way, all residential buildings are located across the road (like the second line), which you pass through the underpass. From the body to the sea you need to walk for 7-10 minutes at a slow pace. There are shade covers on the territory of the hotel itself, from the underpass to the beach itself, go under the sun without a shadow. Now about nutrition. We were in the Transatlantic last year, during quarantine measures, and there we were very nervous about the organization of food distribution, when the dishes are behind the back of a hotel worker, at a distance of 1-1.5 m from you. And you really can’t see what the dish is and what it is. It was very inconvenient to poke your finger at the dish you want, especially on the table with sweets, when the employee can hardly understand exactly where you are poking. This created long queues and the idea to come up to ask for something a second time immediately dissipated as soon as you look at this queue. There was no such thing. Here all the dishes behind the glass are close. They are perfectly visible. And the workers very quickly lay out everything on small plates. You take a tray (a typical dining room, but convenient) and pick up plates with a dish that you like on it. Such an organization is very convenient during the quarantine period, when a buffet is not possible. If there is a line, it moves quickly. You can always come and take your favorite dish a second time.

The food itself was not the same for me. There have always been, pasta, several types of potato dishes: for example, stew with meat, mashed potatoes and fries (the children's favorite fries were served for breakfast, lunch and dinner), there was always rice. In addition, stewed vegetables, stuffed zucchini, eggplant, stuffed onions once. There is always something new to come up with. Fish every day for lunch and dinner, often several kinds. Once a week (Thursday) they gave red fish for both lunch and dinner. Along with fish, meat was always served, not only chicken. There was a liver, and baked meat, and on a grill like shish kebab, there were cutlets. Well, I don’t know how anyone, but I wouldn’t say that there is nothing and that everything is monotonous. We liked the food. A lot of things are served unsalted, so I always took small packets of packaged salt on the table and added salt. Very tasty soups. Even my daughter appreciated it. I ate soup every day, which I was very pleased with. Of the fruits, there were watermelons (very sweet especially at dinner), melons, not very, and delicious apples of two kinds. For sweets, there are almost always semolina cakes of different colors, biscuit cakes and local sweets soaked in honey syrup, which we took. So we don't have any complaints about the food. For drinks - yes, always, always queues. Even for Pepsi and Sprite, even for coffee and tea, even for wine. And on the beach and in the dining room and in the lobby bar (which, with its ridiculous appearance, made me laugh on the first day, if it were not for the queue, I would never have guessed that this is the most important bar of the hotel). It's a rare case when you manage to take something without a queue.
There is clearly not enough either points, or workers, or organizations. For example, why not organize free access to soft drinks. Like a quarantine? But standing in line is not particularly safe either. Milk at least in the morning you can pour yourself. A coffee machine was possible but not always. Cleanliness in the dining room also leaves much to be desired. Once, I almost tore my slippers because they were suddenly and firmly stuck to the sticky floor when I apparently stepped into a dried puddle of spilled drink. Cleaning tables was also not always fast. Yes, there are a lot of people, the hotel is busy. But we noticed that the shift that was in the first days of our vacation coped with this load. They quickly cleared the tables. They covered it with a new tablecloth (there were always tablecloths on the tables), laid down new cutlery. And then the shift apparently changed and we had to look for cutlery ourselves and wait for the table to be cleared. The dining room is very noisy, but this is not surprising in such a busy hotel. There were a lot of people at lunch and dinner.
At breakfast (because of the heat we got up early) it was very quiet and peaceful. In general, we were satisfied with the food. Upset two points: 1e - the inability to get into the territory of a neighboring hotel, which, as it turned out, is now fenced off from Daima Biz vacationers. We did not know about this and counted on a large territory, swimming pools, playgrounds and slides of that complex. The second is the lack of an evening show program. There is a mini-disco, then competitions are held, and then just music (first Turkish, then more popular), such as a disco. And so every-every evening. And they said that this hotel has a strong animation team! During the day there were competitions and games, darts, yoga, volleyball, aqua aerobics, but in the evening at least a fire show))... nothing!
In general, we are satisfied with our stay in this hotel. Those who are interested in a water park near the beach can be recommended) But of course, this is still an economical five, nothing more.
