The general impression - at first just horror, but then gradually began to get used to. Traveled together from 4 to 12 August.
This is my first time in a 3 * hotel in Turkey, before that I was in 4 * in the same place in Kemer at the Astoria Resort and Spa hotel, in Bulgaria I was in 3 *.
Pegasus bus brought to the hotel around 5 pm. Met at the airport and brought normally. The room was given immediately, no problem on the 4th floor. There is no lift in the hotel. Luggage had to be carried up the stairs. Wristbands are not issued at the hotel, you feel flawed especially in the city and in discos, where everyone has bracelets. Instead, they are asked to carry vouchers that you have from the tour operator, but we did not take them with us.

At the reception, people also do not understand Russian or English well, only Sasha, who sits on duty at night, understands Russian. At the reception, workers practically do not sit, they must be looked for either in the lobby, or at the bar or in the canteen, or by the pool.
We did not hand over the keys to the room, we took them with us - you never know who can calmly, in their absence, come in and take them. You can take a safe, but we did not take it.
It’s bad to live on the 4th floor - the roof heats up from the heat, it’s very hot in the room, there is air conditioning, but it only makes noise, there is no cold from it, there is no refrigerator on the 4th floor, they gave a 3-bed room -1 large bed, and the second - not a bed, but just 2 mattresses stacked on top of each other. There is no watering can in the shower in the bathroom, the water flows in one stream, when you stand in the shower and look at the ceiling through the cracks, you can see the sky, the water does not reach the 4th floor well. The shower cabin is very small, a large person cannot fit in it at all, the drain in the toilet does not work well. There is a TV in the room, 1 Russian channel.
The rooms overlook the pool or a neighboring hotel, in front of it is a garbage dump, like mountains in the distance. It is better to ask for a view of the pool - more fun, you can see the people, the street, the road, you can hear the music from the bar.
The music is the same every day, there are several discs that the bartender puts on depending on the time of day. Sometimes 1 and the same song can play 3 times in an hour, it gets boring.

The next day we were moved to the 2nd floor, pool view. On the 2nd floor it is better - the water flows well in the bathroom, but hot water is available only before dinner (from 6 to 7-8 hours), when most people wash before dinner. Morning, afternoon and night only cold water. The room has a refrigerator (they wanted to cool the water and remove the fruit so as not to spoil). The refrigerator works, but it's useless. Doesn't freeze at all. The air conditioner worked properly, only 1 Russian channel on TV, the radio in the room by the bed was broken, the light in the room did not work, the light flickered and went out. Light only in the hallway and bathroom. The balcony is large, all things can be safely dried.
The hooks in the room are torn off on the walls. The closet is quite big, lots of hangers.
The maids speak Russian, they don't understand English.
They clean the trash, make the bed, clean the bathroom every day, and towels should be changed every 3 days. We haven't had a change in a week. I asked to change them in Turkish, and she says, only one thing is left - a big one, no more.
The hotel area is not very large - a swimming pool, a bar, a restaurant, or rather a canteen under a canopy (not in the building, so there are no air conditioners), you have to eat and the food is under a canopy, some gets in the sun, so come for breakfast. lunch and dinner are better at the beginning, so that already spoiled food does not deteriorate at all. At the beginning of the meal there are few flies, by the end of the meal there are flies, wasps fly, sit on watermelon and sweets.
Very skinny 2 cats walk in this canteen and very pitifully, even heartbreakingly meow, beg food from people, because the staff does not feed them. Sometimes, when you yourself are hungry from the fact that there is nothing to eat or have not eaten, it becomes very uncomfortable and painfully sorry for them.
Behind the wall of the hotel, where there is a canteen canopy and the canteen itself with food and people - the garbage dump of the neighboring Queen Viktoria hotel, it stinks terribly sometimes even during meals, it is not very pleasant to eat.
The pool is large, the bridge over it is old, rotten, but still holding on, the water is not very clean, there is a lot of bleach. Loungers and umbrellas around the pool a lot, normal. At the entrance to the hotel - path with flowers.

There is a bar by the pool. It works from 9 am to 10 pm strictly, after 10 the bar and music in the hotel are closed, turned off, the light is twilight. Silence. In the bar: cola, sprite, local fanta - creepy, crayfish, beer, white wine, red wine, gin - everything is 3 * 2 * pulls to taste. There is a machine with coffee, tea - it is impossible to drink, the poison is complete. Well, I took tea bags with me, added boiling water and drank.
There is a cooler with water, you can pour it into a bottle (take it to the beach, to your room, etc. ), but the water in it is also not tasty, it seems damp, like from a tap in a room, and in Turkey the water is bad - drink from under you can't tap, so it's better and safer to buy a bottle of water from the store. And we have something written in the tour - all inclusive! ))))
Glasses, cups, saucers, spoons are not washed well, sometimes the glasses do not smell good or smell musty, or crayfish or another drink that they drank before you. They wash badly under the tap in the bar, rinse slightly and that's it!
The hotel has a beach, even 2.
One is close - cross the road-carriageway, go along the Orange County Hotel and Kemer Resort to the end, there will be a huge iron staircase with uneven steps and a red-hot handrail from the heat, go down it and in front of you is the hotel beach, there are 20-25 sun loungers on it, but they are very dirty, the mattresses are old, and in front of this beach there is a boat station, respectively, you can lie down, you can sunbathe, but you have to go to the right or left to swim, and boats, boats, scooters go straight ahead. The beach stinks of gasoline, the workers of this water sports are constantly talking to each other or shouting something or running around, fussing. Next to the beach is the beach of the Feronia Hills hotel (there are only 20-25 sunbeds on both beaches), so you need to go to the beach immediately after breakfast so that there is enough space. On the beach - umbrellas, sun loungers, mattresses for free, no shower.

The second beach is called Veranda, it takes a long time to get to it, about 15 minutes - you can walk along the beach, you have to go to the very end or along the sidewalk, go through all the hotels, it is located on the very edge or the entrance to Kemer. Get out of the hotel, cross the road and go left to the very end of residential Kemer. There are also pebbles, umbrellas, sun loungers, mattresses for free. I must say there that you are from the Selim Han Hotel. On the beach there is a shower and a bar (the bar is paid).
From the hotel to the center of Kemer, walk decently, 15 minutes, not in the very center, as they say, to the discos Aura, Inferno, Crystal - 15 minutes on the way. The road is dark and poorly lit.
Near the hotel (on the right) there are various hookahs, cafes, ice cream parlors, a few restaurants a little further. Near the center in front of the white clock tower is a fruit and vegetable market on Mondays. Everywhere you can buy freshly squeezed orange juice for $ 1 a small glass, for $ 2 - a large one.
Sellers do not like to bargain, they want to sell goods at a specified price.
If you take a very expensive one, then maybe they will throw off a dumb one.
The people at the hotel are different - aged Germans, Poles, Russians, Turks with families, Russians from different cities. There were practically no young people in our race. There is no animation in the hotel.
The food is tasteless, not varied, sometimes spoiled. The hotel does not cook, but brought from another hotel. Most likely they bring the most not running in the hotel, or even the remains of something. Snack bar (at 4-5 o'clock) no. Dishes and cutlery are not always clean, soup bowls are plastic.
Breakfast from 8 to 9: fresh bun, inedible sausages, boiled eggs not the first freshness, very hard pancake rolls with cottage cheese, fried, 5 types of jam, oil in plastic packs, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, 2 types of sausage is better not approach, olives, cottage cheese or something like that sour, plums or peaches are not very ripe. Breakfast is not satisfying.
Lunch at 12.

30 - a little better: different vegetables - eggplants 2 types cooked differently, zucchini also 2 types, cucumbers, tomatoes, salad of fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, peppers, ordinary fresh cabbage, boiled beets, cucumbers and salted cabbage, different dishes with herbs: sorrel, green onions, dill, etc. , cold potatoes, their various salads already seasoned with some kind of sauces - not tasty, soup is always for lunch and dinner, hot - either beans, pasta, rice for garnish and either fish cutlets, soy-meat, nuggets fish chicken, cottage cheese casserole or something incomprehensible. Fruits: watermelon (unripe), plums, green apples.
Dinner at 7 pm until 9. Again, the salads are the same as for lunch, there is soup, different from lunch, it was somehow hot their doner (chicken shawarma), somehow even grilled chicken wings, grilled soy meat, chicken (more precisely, the ribs or wings are boiled leftovers) and a little bit of everything. The boy-cook himself gives out hot meat and sees that they take 1 piece or at most 2 - no more!
The room on the day of departure is rented until 12 noon, then you are on the territory, you can use the pool, bar, canteen.

The hotel pulls on 2+, sometimes it seemed complete unsanitary conditions, but if the sea, sun and relaxation are the main things to go for, then the hotel will do. There is nothing for an overnight stay, there is no pool, the food is very easy to eat, if it’s not enough, then you can go somewhere else to eat, the music plays - at least a little more fun, and if the race is good, then it’s generally wonderful. Decide for yourself! I hope my review is helpful.
