This year, the summer passed without the sea, and it was not possible to escape for spring break either. And then it was lucky that our schoolchildren were given vacations, my husband and I, for the most part, work remotely. Therefore, we decided to take advantage of the offer of our friends and, almost at the last moment, snatched vouchers to Palmia for a week. Let it be a week, but still it is the sea, after such self-isolation, this week is like manna from heaven for us.
It turns out that we flew in a large friendly company - our family of four (two schoolchildren in grades 3 and 8), and a family of friends with a third-grader son too.
In general, we had a calculation, the daughter and their son are friends, they are the same age - they will not be bored, the eldest can look after them if we adults want to have fun separately from the children. True, I was worried that our teenage son would be bored, still small if you hang on him. In reality, it turned out better than expected. The children, all three of them, were happy to hang out in the kids clubs all day long, even our eldest. In my opinion, he was even more happy than the younger ones at the club, because there was communication and hanging out with the same teen’s, plus they were taught windsurfing and water skiing there. Naturally, for a kid of his age, it’s extremely interesting and cool to brag to friends at school later.

And we adults had a good time this week, also swaggered on water skiing, paddleboarding and kayaking.
Many, including parents, did not recommend us to go to the sea during such a period. But we took the risk and don't regret it. Passed the tests upon arrival, everything is fine with health. And this is a great merit of the organizers of the resort, that they tirelessly took care of the disinfection of everything in the resort, on the territory, the hotel was kept clean. Daily cleaning of rooms, change of towels. Beach towels were brought straight to the room clean every day, they were not handed out on the beach, as it usually happens that a beach towel, whoever needs it, takes it on the beach, you carry everything clean with you from the room. The staff is wearing masks. We were also not allowed into the thick of people and closed premises without masks. The main thing is that the territory is large, we mostly walked with our family and with our friends, and in the restaurant we sat at the same table, our friends were next to each other, and then there was a decent distance between us. Marking everywhere. The main thing is to be conscious, where you need to put on a mask and keep your distance, then the rest will not be overshadowed by anything.
