Before going, I read a lot of different reviews, forget about the reviews that were written in 2019-2020. The hotel has changed a lot, it is clear that I am working to improve. My husband and I were in different hotels and 5 * as well. Our ticket cost 11500 UAH for 7 full days. We understood that for such a price you will not get the same service and food as at 5 *.
Let's start with the check-in, they settled us quickly, the room on the second floor was 318. The room was clean, with white towels, the air conditioner was working, there was shampoo, soap and gel in the bathroom. They reported every day, the room was cleaned daily, but we asked to be cleaned 2 times, because. It's hard to make a mess in a day. Towels changed, always clean. The view was of the pool, but we only used the balcony for drying things. I can't say anything bad.
There is not much territory, in principle, we only slept and ate at the hotel. The rest of the time was at sea and on excursions. To the sea to go from 6 to 10 minutes, depending on what step. The beach is nice but a bit crowded. In the morning we went to the hotel beach, and in the afternoon we went to the wild beach. You will be alone there, with a good entry into the sea and a wide beach + unrealistically beautiful views. The food was good, we weren't hungry. Nearby there are cafes where you can have a tasty snack. Rest were satisfied. There is animation, but we have never been to it, we returned to the hotel late. Therefore, if you are going for a good sea, relax and enjoy, then you are here. I would give this hotel 3* with + or 4*-.
