Hello!
I am 22 years old, this year I went to Turkey for the first time, together with a friend. We chose the hotel for a long time and carefully, because it was necessary to find a compromise between my "longer" and her "not very expensive", plus the first line, plus good conditions, plus good food and good reviews)) In general - mission impossible.
But it was necessary to choose something, and we stopped at the Club Hotel Sunbel - and did not regret it!
I'll start with my arrival. We took a ticket to the Kiev travel agency "Atoll", the operator Coral. We arrived in Antalya at about 12:30, left the airport and immediately met with representatives of Korel. They put us on the bus and immediately made us happy with the news that our hotel was the second in the route))) That is, my friend's fears that we would be taken to all the hotels for a couple of hours did not come true.

Upon arrival in Sunbel, we met with Ilona, who is popular here in the reviews, and she took us to room - 226, on the first floor. The room is wonderful!
Not very big, but two large beds, a large mirror, a balcony on a shady patio (it was never hot in the room, even the air conditioner was rarely turned on) and most importantly, two steps - and a dining room with a pool, and then - the sea!
The only thing that was disappointing was the shower cabin in the form of a tray and a curtain. But Ilona said that everyone has this, except for family rooms (there is a bathroom). And you know what, starting from the second day, the amount of positive emotions drove this cabin somewhere far away to the back of my mind. So that inconvenience is also gone. Everything else was fine.
Now for the points.

Territory.

The hotel is small (as well as standing next to the five, which were no different - and the beach, too). But you soon realize that this is a plus! Such an atmosphere was admired even by those who were not very satisfied (because before that they had a rest in 5 *). You feel at home! Everyone knows everyone by name already on the third day.
Especially if you participate in competitions) The three main "territories" of the hotel: 1) the courtyard - an empty playground (all the children in the pool), a leather and fur store, a beauty salon and a recreation area (chairs and tables).
2) a swimming pool - a dining room next to it, around tables and sun loungers, a pool bar, a terrace on the second floor of the building (with sofas and tables, we played cards there) and a terrace above the beach (tables and empty territory), an amphitheater (for evening animation and kids club).
3) Beldibi) Honestly, I was pulled out of the hotel only on the third day and then with threats) But this is a real way out - a beautiful street, beautiful hotels, shops. There is something to see. Not 2 weeks in a row, but several times - quite interesting walks will turn out.

Beach and sea

JUST SUPER! Yes, pebbles, but small, slippers for swimming are not needed at all. You can even walk barefoot on the beach itself, there are several wooden paths between the sunbeds.
Two piers, though other people's hotels, but you can use them. One is wooden, and the second is light, on the waves - like a big air mattress. The water is clean and warm (moreover, it is warm both in the morning and at night, but moderately warm, not fresh milk, in the heat it is pleasant). Sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas for free. There were no problems with the free ones. The only thing is that on August 16-22 everything was generally free and near the water's edge, but from 22 a lot of Turks had already arrived and it became more crowded, a "paddling pool" immediately formed near the shore. But I swam on, so it didn't bother me. The beach is also clean, although sometimes they cleaned it up in front of you in the morning (well, of course, if you get up at 6 am), because tourists often sat up with cocktails on the beach at night.

Staff

Well done! I don't really like Turks, to be honest. And accordingly, I had no particular desire to communicate with them. But they are really good guys. If you yourself don’t flirt with anyone, then other than “Hi, how are you? ” or “What is your name?
"No one will bother you with anything. Cleaning is a completely different story! EVERY DAY they cleaned the room, completely changed all the bedding and towels, twisted the bows. Although we did not leave a tip.

Food

Finally, right? ) Good food in my opinion. Puree soups are cool (although I don’t like them, but I fell in love here), be sure to try rice, a bunch of salads, just vegetables and herbs, mushrooms, cheeses (2 types), vegetables and grilled meat - class. There were always delicious grilled cutlets, for 11 days there was shawarma and barbecue once. The only thing was no seafood. Only fish - but tasteless. But the dessert was such that it could compensate for all the shortcomings) Very much, very tasty and very beautiful)) Fruits - watermelons, peaches, plums, oranges, grapefruits, pears. At the bar you could take wine (they say red is better than white there), beer (I don’t like it, but I drank it once - it was tasty, but it seemed diluted), vodka (I’m not a fan, so I can’t say anything), gin and tonic, cola, etc.
Between breakfast, lunch and dinner, my grandmother baked cakes with cheese and herbs in the patio (I didn’t like it, but there was always a queue for them). Well, from 3 to 5 there were cookies with tea or coffee.

Animation

I like it. Everyone praises the animators very much, but I think that the merit is not only theirs. At least when I was there, there were such people (mostly Russians) who took part in all competitions with pleasure - and it was SOMETHING! Never again will I believe people who say that vacationing with Russians is terrible. I'm from Ukraine, by the way. And I don't drink) I repeat, the atmosphere is friendly, just homely. Everyone is having fun, laughing at each other) When by the end of August the Russians almost left and the Turks arrived, this was no longer the case.
More specifically, animation in Sunbel: exercises (yoga) on the terrace above the sea, aqua aerobics in the pool, games in the pool (with a surfboard, etc. ), darts for wishes (darts), volleyball on the playground on the beach, evening animation in the amphitheater. There is a disco, but literally an hour. But the DJ is very good. And every evening from 23:30 to 3:00 animators drove to the club in Kemer (Inferno, Aura, Crystal). I was once, in Crystal, so-so. But people liked it) Cost from $15 to 35.

WiFi
There are in the courtyard and near the pool.

TOTAL
Many people said that the hotel is a 3, although it positions itself as a 4. After what I saw in catalogs and on websites, maybe. But it didn't affect my vacation in any way. The room was very comfortable, the first line of the hotel is generally super. Believe me, nothing compares to when you leave the room - and here it is the sea. Or you don’t go out, but still you breathe not the heat, but the sea. But most importantly, the hotel is youth. There were families with children, but not many.

And, accordingly, they treated it that way. No curfews for you, as I read in reviews of expensive hotels. We walked a couple of times until 5 am - on the territory, on the beach, sat by the pool. The beds are not removed.
In general, I am satisfied with the rest! Brought with me a sea of emotions!
And another tip - if you want to go to the hammam, then go to the one at the hotel. Kemer is beautiful, but there is a "conveyor line", they serve very quickly, you don't even have time to relax. And be sure to go to Kemer and Antalya (to the old city, there is an unearthly beautiful harbor and you can go on a 2-hour boat trip with swimming at the waterfall for $ 5). Minibuses stop right outside the hotel.
