We went to the hotel with the family for the second time with an interval of 4 months. Were in May, when the season began (there is a review) and in October. A good example of how the service, quality and arrangement of the hotel changes over the season.

I'll start with the check-in: it was not there on the day indicated in the voucher, since, according to the administrator, there were no free rooms upon arrival. The departure from the morning was postponed to the evening, and we arrived at the hotel at about 22.00. We were offered to check into the nearby Rama Hotel. We rested in Rama last year, and we know that this is not a neighboring hotel, and not through one, as the admin claimed to the next guests who arrived. In general, we refused to check in there: not that Rama would be a worse hotel, but it's a matter of principle.


We went to rest through the tour operator Alf, the host of the Need Tour (already in our black list of Tour Operators). He was repeatedly asked whether the hotel would be on the stop, to which we were assured that there were free rooms in the hotel.
In May, we met a couple of families who were settled in other hotels due to the lack of places in this one. People also bought tickets through Alf. The girl Ira, accompanying us from the airport, also confirmed that the hotel accepts guests and there are free rooms. But upon arrival at the hotel, she quickly retreated. hearing about the lack of numbers. My husband literally fought for us to be settled exactly on the day we paid for in this hotel: he recorded a video, threatened to call the police, etc.

Three hours passed, the child was already sleeping in my arms and the room was free. We were offered to check in with another family, which also refused to go to Rama - that is, five of us in a triple room !! ! Naturally there was a refusal. The guys said they would be waiting for the next room and we finally settled. But that was the next day.
There were still 15 rooms in front of us, which were not settled and taken to Rama, and if we went there, it is not known when we would be moved, and no one wants to disassemble and pack their bags on vacation.

To summarize the epic with the settlement, I want to say that as compensation for the lost day of rest, we were provided with free Wi-Fi, which constantly disappeared and was not in the room. And they had to bring wine and fruit (reminded at the reception twice) - it was not! As well as there were no them for a second visit to the hotel and for a birthday. By the way, it was not the tour operator who took care of the compensation, but the agent from whom the family who settled with us bought the tour.

Room 119: Ground floor, overlooking the dump where the garbage truck rumbles at 7:15. I’ll say right away that her early arrival never woke us up, we didn’t sleep at that time (all the larks), there was never a smell, and my son was always delighted, seeing how the car was loading garbage.

The room itself is renovated, but during the season, of course, the residents "settled" it. No attention was paid to the torn edge of the wallpaper or the unscrewed screw.

Cleaning, as written, leaves much to be desired. For 10 days they cleaned once, while they went to ask at the reception. In the end, they took out the garbage themselves. Most of the hotel also went with this question, to which they politely answered that they would clean it tomorrow. This is most likely due to a lack of staff, as they saw that many workers are interchangeable: early in the morning, the maids still clean the beach area, clean the showers, and then they go to clean the vacant rooms.

Food: no questions, everything was enough. They didn’t get poisoned, and at the end of the holiday it also improved due to a visit to the hotel by the owner (a three-day corporate party, a meeting of graduates).

The service in the restaurant and bar is on top, as in the beginning of the season.
