We chose this hotel based on online reviews. Tour operator Tui. Flight, transfer, everything is normal here, no complaints.
The first impression of the reception, so to speak, "FACE OF THE HOTEL" - "where did we get to? " Very concise appearance of the reception + whitish stains (most likely from water) on upholstered furniture + lack of air conditioning (more precisely, there is even two of them, but they are not used) using a draft as an air conditioner.
The hotel consists of three buildings (the recent merger of the Club Rama Beach Hotel and the Peker Hotel), the elevator is only in the first building, but one of the suitcases will help you carry the porter. Externally, the hotel resembles a Soviet-era boarding house without much major repairs.

Room. What is called renovation is the whitewashing of two buildings and hotel rooms with furniture painted in a creepy green color. The furniture is old, apparently from the time the hotel was opened, the drawers are difficult to pull out, a small combined bathroom, a shower cabin about 60 by 80 cm, but! the shower does not go down i. e. it pours up to chest level and that's it, and below you will need balancing skills, the water in the tap / shower is salty and not suitable for drinking. Drinking water in coolers on each floor (I recommend purchasing a bottle for convenience). The air conditioner worked for us, but from time to time it began to vibrate and make such a noise that we had to turn it off + it was wound with a medical plaster and the case was all cracked and there was one blade missing. The balcony door opened / closed with difficulty, constantly stuck. The balcony is wide, chairs + table (see the photo for its appearance). On the balcony there is a small sliding clothes dryer. The bed was changed regularly, one might even say often (the slightest stain on the bed and they immediately change it). Towels were changed regularly.
Nutrition. You won't die of hunger, but don't expect lobsters here either. Usually two or three meat dishes, two types of fish, this changes periodically. But depending on what change of chefs you get, the second part of our stay changed chefs and the food became much more boring and less varied. The choice of fruits is very upsetting: watermelon and melon are absolutely not sweet, water is water, which is surprising for Turkey, where there is a lot of sun. It was peach season, but we did not see a single peach in the dining room (yes, in the dining room. This place does not pull on a restaurant). The plums were according to the firmness of the potato. Oranges and grapefruits, apples were cut into three pieces, which is not convenient. Due to ill-conceived organization, queues are created mainly for grilling and fruit. Some of the tables are in the open air and without a canopy, and in the heat, naturally, people try to find a place in the shade, there are not enough places.
Beach. The beach is sand and pebble. Entry into the sea is inconvenient, so it is easier to enter the ladder that goes into the sea or from the pier. Some of the sun loungers stand on a hill under umbrellas or palm trees, some on the beach by the sea. On the beach, in principle, it is clean, urns and garbage are removed. Two swimming pools + two children's paddling pools. One slide for adults and one very small for children. The staff are Turks and Kyrgyz (well done guys, they work hard). Turks, Russians, Ukrainians live in the hotel. From time to time Germans and Hungarians are carried by some kind of wind. Animation in the form of water aerobics, discos until one in the morning.
What's positive about the hotel: 1. It's the sea. Warm, most days clean and clear. Keeping you from drowning. 2. First line. From the hotel building to the sea steps 50. Everything is close. From the sea to the pool / bar. 3. Basically clean. The staff tries to maintain cleanliness, despite the resting pigs. 4. The territory is full of the results of the creativity of the hostess of the hotel.

What's negative: 1. The hotel needs a major overhaul. This is not 4*. Maximum 3 + * and then only for the sea and the location. 2. Nutrition. We didn't expect lobsters. But to feed the guests only grapefruits, oranges, apples and concrete plums + unsweetened watermelons and green melons, when the market is full of peaches, grapes, figs and God knows what else. 3. Goon guests who occupy sunbeds at 6-7 in the morning both by the sea and by the pool, while they may not come to the sunbeds by the sea at all for the whole day. Naturally, there are not enough sunbeds. Guests are goons who can, after licking their fork, climb into a common dish and try it right from there. About poisoning. Dear Parents! Watch what your children eat and drink. If your child, having eaten soup, seized it with a ton of Nutella and poured a liter of UPI on top, then do not be surprised at the occurrence of vomiting, diarrhea and fever. 4. Air conditioning both in the rooms and in the dining room. 5. Dining room. Half the tables under the scorching sun. Improper catering. Queues. Mediocre food. 5. Music in bars. Too loud. One and the same every day. 6. Animation and disco so-so. 7. Brewed coffee, fruits (peaches, grapes, etc. ), fresh juices are paid. 8. Cocktails in bars are different in quantity. 9. Youth have nothing to do.
The reason for the negative points is that the owners of the hotel grandparents are 84 years old and they don’t care. Their son only walks around the territory, not particularly delving into the work of the hotel, apparently waiting for the death of his parents and then selling this hotel.
Who we recommend this hotel to: pensioners, people with a small budget. In general, for the money, look for something better.
