We rested in Istanbul beach for 13 days, I am writing from fresh memory. : )
We arrived at the hotel after dinner, immediately put on the bracelets and took us to the room, surprises began here... unpleasant.
They took us to the basement, where the spa is, to room 118. The first impression is a shock... how can you put people in such a place ?? ? In the basement... from the balcony a gorgeous view of the bush and two roaring air conditioners or extractor... next to the road and the stage of the amphitheater and the constantly snooping hotel staff.
There is a hole between the wall and the balcony, there is a socket at the head of the bed, you will have to sleep on it, there are no more sockets. The room is very small, in normal hotels the bathroom is of this size.
There are wires everywhere, the hair dryer is rewound with tape, there are no glasses for toothbrushes.

Naturally, we began to demand another room, to which we were told that there were no other rooms, there is an option even one floor lower, it’s just complete rubbish.
The girl from the reception, who introduced herself as Ksyusha (a deceitful and unpleasant person), swore to overpower us the next day at 9 am.
At 10:00 we approached the reception, there was already another person, introduced himself as a manager, I don’t know his name, without a badge he was, in my opinion, Ksyusha’s compatriot, Kazakh or Kyrgyz, also not very pleasant, boor).
He said that there were no rooms, he came at 13:00, just then the guide Anex tour drew himself, but we refused to return to this shed and demanded the promised number. As a result of an emotional dialogue, the room was found after 5 minutes, on the 5th floor.
This option was already better, with a huge terrace and views of the sea and mountains.
I understood, after talking with other vacationers, that many are first settled in the basement, then the test for endurance, will you stay there or get a new room. There were three people who wanted to change the room, besides us, only in one day . .
Therefore, if upon check-in you are given a key whose number starts with 1, do not even go to this basement, demand a normal number.
By the way, these receptionists, all 13 days of our vacation, did not even greet us, they were probably offended, I see this for the first time.
Therefore, the assessment of the reception staff, rooms and cleaning in the rooms is 1 out of 10.
But the food was a pleasant surprise, the restaurant is clean, the food is delicious, fresh, fruits, meat, desserts - everything is super, we were satisfied. I give 9 out of 10 for the food : )
The Turkish pizza that is baked by the pool in the afternoon is simply delicious.
Once a day ice cream at 15:00.
The kitchen and bar staff are great, thank you very much.
Cleanliness is well monitored on the territory, the cleaners work conscientiously, unlike cleaning the room).

Free wifi is terrible.
Excursions were taken from the guys on the way to the beach, as a bonus, they share their Wi-Fi : ), which works very well, even got us to the balcony.
In general, the hotel is normal, the beach is good, the kitchen.
For 13 days we got used to it, I didn’t want to leave. )
A huge minus is the rooms and the staff at the reception, in the person of Ksyusha and the nameless manager. )))
