I want to say right away that I am not a capricious person and, having taken a cheap tour, I did not expect a super-hotel, I went for 4 days with the confidence that no one could spoil my vacation. I had a good rest, but it was really spoiled by banal little things that could be eliminated if the owners of the hotel really loved it, and did not squeeze the last out of it...
SO: no one was especially expecting my arrival, since the room was not prepared - water was constantly flowing in the toilet, the cabinet doors were broken, the air conditioner and TV did not work, the room was dirty. Arriving at the hotel at 15:00, I was able to really settle in it at 19:00 - all this time they were eliminating inconsistencies, and I walked around the territory hungry (since they didn’t leave me lunch - although they receive data on the arrival of guests). While living, it turned out that the socket was short-lived - I had to remove it again so that it would not catch fire, the door to the balcony did not close, the smell of dampness was constantly haunted (but they said that there was mold in the rooms on the 1st floor and even cockroaches were running around! ), The shower cabin is small - when you wash yourself, you constantly touch the walls, which is unpleasant, the watering can is not fixed and you had to hold it in your hands, there was also no shelf for shower gel, although it was not even given out, the water pressure was weak, but the water was not turned off. But they turned off the light - not for long, but it was unpleasant. No beach towels, but there was a hair dryer! I heard from guests that there were not enough pillows for someone, although there were as many as 3 in my room (I don’t know why), wifi is only at the reception - and this is the 21st century! But there was a telephone in the room, but it was not clear how to call, since there were no reminders. And in general - they do not keep any records on the accommodation of guests, everything is from the memory of the employees - they had to voice their "Wishlist" several times. With regards to food - monotonous, there was no meat, sweets too, from fruits - only watermelon. On the first day I took lettuce leaves - and they were all in the mud ! ! I told the chef, I never saw this salad again at all. The dishes were dirty (I don’t even want to think in what conditions everything is prepared). Sweet drinks and beer were freely available, which ended by the evening, I do not advise you to drink wine at all, water tastes like from a tap. The pools were clean! The slide is working (but on time), the sun loungers are 50% broken and crushed. Animation - you can say it was not at all! The hotel area is large, beautiful, but dirty everywhere and the floors are sooooo slippery - many fell. In the evenings, "locals" appear and stick to the guests, get drunk and behave very cheekily. It's a 5-minute walk to the sea, but it's a problem not to enter it - large and sharp stones - legs can be broken. What I really liked was a separate hammam - complete relaxation! Highly recommend.
As a result, if you are ready for low sanitation, poor food and lack of animation - come to Beltur.
