I had to live in 2.3, 4-star hotels in the Balkans, but I have not seen worse than this 3-star Turkish hotel yet and, I hope, I will not see! Reading bad reviews about this hotel, I considered them insignificant and focused solely on the price. It was my huge and further already irreparable mistake!
Upon arrival at the hotel (01.00), they looked at me gloomily, as if I were another burden, blurted out the room key on the reception desk and said one word: "Go! " And all this can be called, as I found out later, I was lucky! ) Upon arrival, people spent the night both in the hall and in the basement, and did not spend the night at all. The explanation is simple - there is no free number, wait! Someone waited 3 hours, someone - half a day!
When I entered the room, I was shocked! To say that he is in the style of minimalism is to say nothing. In two words: dark and miserable!! ! Wires and cobwebs hung from the ceiling instead of a lamp. There were lamps on the wall and even light bulbs in them, but there were no ceiling lamps on them. The damper in the air conditioner was broken, the air flow was directed exclusively to the bed and they were not going to repair it, saying: “if you don’t like it, turn it off! ”) Then, opening the closet, I found a hole in the wall there. To my indignation and demand to change the number, they said: "It's okay, no one climbs there, there are no numbers! " The bed seems to be washed, but the sheets, pillowcases and towels are covered with all sorts of multi-colored stains. And an attack of disgust still needs to be overcome in order to sleep in such a bed. For 10 days nothing was changed and the room was not cleaned at all! Hairdryer in the room worked for half a minute and turned off. After some time again half a minute. I dried my hair and styled my hair twice during the entire stay, and in total this procedure took more than an hour, and did not spoil my nerves further) I had a view from the balcony of a warehouse of unnecessary utensils and a dining room. Moreover, the latter was a meter from the window. What is the audibility in this hotel? Excellent!! ! Without getting out of bed, I listened to conversations and music from the dining room, a movie that was watched in the next room, constant conversations and the running around of the attendants outside the doors and everything else! Ventilation in the toilet is also made interesting! From time to time, judging by the aromas bursting into the room, the sewer broke through! ))
By the way, many guests are shocked by paid WIFI. For me, the Internet in roaming turned out to be cheaper and at the same time available everywhere. And the mini-bar is empty and at the same time paid! If you want to drink cool water in your room - pay! And no one knows how it works!
I also want to note that the iron in this Turkish hotel is a luxury!! ! It is not given even when you strongly ask! Went in mint! )
Regarding the staff at the hotel - mostly arrogant, cunning and soulless!! ! On their websites, they advertise the ability of the servants to speak Russian. In fact, this ability among the Turks is floating! If you want to buy something from them, flatter them, they understand very well. After breakfast, one woman living in this hotel could not get into her room due to a broken key in the door lock. With tears in her eyes and a broken key in her hand, she tried to contact both the front desk and the manager. She was told: "Give me 30 euros and we will fix it. " When she said that she no longer had money, everyone turned away and she was left standing alone, in tears. What happened next I do not know. This is such hospitality!
Entertainment in the hotel is of the same level as the hotel. The water slide is turned on for half an hour a day. For 10 days there was a semblance of a disco twice) Moreover, the first of them was more like some kind of bride. The local people working in this hotel and the visitor sat in a row, like in a theater, and the girls were strongly encouraged to dance to crap music! Personally, the organizer of this fun asked me what I would drink, why I didn’t drink and why I didn’t dance. Then he tried to pull out to dance by the hand. To which I told him not to touch me. And in conclusion, he tried to introduce me to his friends, obviously not for intimate conversations! And he tried this type of acquaintance twice more. After that, I had to speak sharply and rudely to him! So, if you are traveling unaccompanied by a male, be careful! ) There seems to be a bathhouse there, but I didn’t want anything in this hotel!... Or not! I wanted to go home!
Food!! ! Deserves a separate paragraph! ) Tour package - all inclusive. You go into the dining room and understand - it would be better off! Garnish for 10 days: mashed potatoes 2 times, the rest of the meals are rice, pasta and some other cereal + stewed vegetables. From meat, mainly chicken legs (different parts), 1 time fish (mackerel... of the eleventh freshness with a bitter aftertaste), fried semi-finished products (which I find it difficult to say). From fruits in the evenings, either a hard plum, or a melon, or a watermelon, or an apple. For lunch there was also a soup resembling a stew. Dessert is absolutely disgusting! But the most interesting thing is that everything that the guests did not eat up that day was veiledly served on the second, third, etc.
Semi-finished products were cut into strips, mixed with stewed vegetables and offered as a new dish!! ! I dare say this because I myself came across sour milk porridge and sour cottage cheese at breakfast, and rotten stewed tomatoes (apparently a very long time ago) at lunch. If for lunch there are 4 plates with different salads (white cabbage, cauliflower, tomatoes with cucumbers, and some other) and the guests didn’t eat them, then for dinner you will see one assorted salad for sure !! ! (pours into one plate and is mixed) There was not enough tea for everyone! ((Breakfast ends at 9.00. The bar opens at 11.00. In the interval between them, you can’t even drink water if you don’t have your own mug or bottle!
As for the sea. It's wonderful! ) The hotel, however, has nothing to do with this, thank God) And if you agree to sunbathe on the city beach on pebbles, on a towel, then the sea is within easy reach. If you want a free sun lounger (the one that the hotel writes about again in the advertisement), you will have to walk for 40 minutes one way, and so every day. What does the search for a beach belonging to the hotel look like a quest for smart and persistent tourists! ) Along the entire coast of Beldibi, the entry into the sea is depressing. Large, slippery rocks underfoot. You can easily get injured: cut yourself, scratch, get bruised. Look for bridges in the sea or piers from which you can go down the stairs!
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY PREVENTION!! ! Even if you don't have enough funds, take less days, but the hotel is better! If you want many days and three stars - take another country!
