We vacationed with a 7.5 year old child at the end of September, the tour with travel cost about $1400 for 7+1 nights. We booked a garden room without balcony, which, as we learned upon arrival, is considered an “economy” room. We were checked in by a pleasant administrator immediately upon arrival at 06 am. The room was in the main building on the first floor, with a large window. At first they wanted to exchange an additional $10 per night for a room with a balcony and had already chosen a room for replacement, but while we were having breakfast, the shift changed and they refused to move us on the same day. The girl at the reception answered rather sharply “no, today we can’t” to a request to change the room with an additional charge. Therefore, we stayed in this room, it was located near the manager room and that night there was a party there after 23, very noisy - I woke up from karaoke in Turkish for the whole hotel??? ? . At the reception desk, the night shift responded to my bewilderment: “How can I sleep with such singing? " and the noise died down.
The next day they wanted to change the room again, but the previously offered room was already occupied, and they didn’t like the new one - it was far away/high, the side was sunny and the furniture was the same old, besides, people from the upper floors said that they also heard a party! . . And in our room the trees created shade; the air conditioning was not turned on. So we decided to stay.

(By the way, the furniture in the Annex building is even older. )

In general, I liked the holiday, the sea too, but it would be better to go in early September so that the sea was warmer. The beach is of course a bit crowded and dirty, in the summer I think it would be very crowded, you can take a walk on the beach of neighboring hotels. The mountains are beautiful. The excursions are also ok.

The food at the hotel was okay, there was plenty to choose from. But there are doubts about the quality of some products - the mackerel looks rotten. Oranges are often limp, peaches too. Apples, pears, plums, grapes are fine.
I saw a worm in the olives - I didn’t take it again) Some food from lunch can be seen at dinner, but every day there is something freshly cooked on the grill. Various types of meat, red and white fish, fire-cooked soup, puree soups, basic side dishes, vegetables, herbs, desserts, fruit snacks, etc.

- On the plus side: it is especially worth noting the efforts of the hotel staff - our room was cleaned regularly, although a tip was left only on the last day.

The event host is a talented guy. And in general, the adult animation team was sincere and tried very hard??? ? . The children's club is also ok, if you need to leave your child until 17, there is a paid excursion to the equestrian club from 15-17. We went several times only at activity until 16 to go to the sea.

- From the nuances: a woman who bakes gö zleme is a separate issue of an angry person - you need to see this??? ? And it’s better not to go to the hammam/sauna - it’s a different owner - the temperature is too low, they’re making it into a spa, but for a spa everything is too tattered..
the atmosphere of squalor, not relaxation...and if you refuse, they say “We are all closing, we can’t go to the hammam??? ? »

- I bought a Join up tour for 7 nights +1 on the road (departure at 03.00), which turned out to be +0, since the hotel had not been paid for and I was very surprised when the administrator called demanding to vacate the room the day before the night of departure. But in general, this is a nuance of the tour operator, not the hotel. The bracelets were not cut off, we stayed calmly on the hotel grounds until we left, had dinner, and fed the yard dog.

-The things were left in the luggage room. And here is a very interesting point. On the day of arrival, we left our suitcases, went to look around, and when I returned, I couldn’t open the large new suitcase using the code - the lock was broken. So, on the day of departure, having left my suitcases in the luggage room, I could not open the second suitcase - the lock did not respond. Even though before this, in the room, I could open and close it freely. The suitcases are new, branded.
And the assistant administrator was the same both at check-in and at check-out. . I don’t know whether it’s a coincidence or not, I’ll buy padlocks for my suitcases??? ?
