I liked the hotel itself, very atmospheric, beautiful rooms, a very large territory and a beach, but everything is spoiled by the lack of service - it is nowhere to be found, no one needs you here, no one will come to you in any restaurant, especially in the main one, they won’t even bring water , for 4 days the waiter never came up and asked for drinks, wherever you go they don’t pay attention to you, you are an obstacle for them to communicate with each other, on the beach there are all sun loungers with towels, but no one is lying there, by the pool same. And now about food: I think the pandemic is to blame, but the assortment is small, but it doesn’t matter, I would like fruits near the beaches or the pool, they are not there, only in the main restaurant. Before that, they constantly rested in the Dolphins, but in terms of service it is heaven and earth, because it is not here.
