We rested in Turkey 10 times, but I am writing a review for the first time, since I myself read other people's reviews with pleasure and, thanks to the entire tourist community, I make a choice of a hotel. During a pandemic, it is probably very important to find out how things are at the hotel and whether it is worth going there.
To begin with, I bought a ticket to Amara Dolce Vita back in December by early booking on July 1.2 adults and a child of 8 years old, I really wanted to visit it, feel a wonderful holiday, but probably the coronavirus made its own adjustments. As soon as flights from Ukraine were opened on July 1, the first flight took off from Zaporozhye.
But not everything is so smooth:

1. The ticket was taken from the Anex agency, the air carrier Azur Air. A day before departure, the agency warned us that the morning flight at 10:50 was postponed to the evening at 21:50, i. е. already a day was stolen, there are no guilty and it happens, the return flight is 11.07 in the morning 08:50. Then again a call from the agency - Amara will open only on July 3, and we will have to stay at the Nirvana Mediteranian hotel, then, if desired, a transfer to Amara or stay in Nirvana. Reschedule to other dates - pay the price online, naturally more expensive. Okay, calm down and let's go.
2. Zaporizhzhya Airport did not open a new terminal, but the old one who flew, except for obscene words, has nothing to say, the same booth with iron benches and air conditioning for the whole + everyone was gathered to the heap in the waiting room, there is no social distance. The airline is excellent, new Boeing aircraft, clean, nice and well done.
3. Antalya Airport is almost empty, disinfected, quickly passed the control, thermal imager temperature control and exit. The hotel guide Anex met, waited for 4 more people and was quickly taken to Nirvana at 2 am in a small clean bus.
We measured the temperature at the reception and while we were filling out the documents, they offered to eat at a fish restaurant. The staff is all in masks and gloves, disinfectants, clean. In general, eat and sleep. They lived in a two-story house. The room is clean, with cosmetics, bathrobes, slippers and a balcony.
4. Hotel Nirvana: there were very few people, the workload was 20%, the main restaurant, a fish restaurant and a pool bar were working, the territory in the forest, Beldibi village, the air smells of pine needles, beautiful lawns and a good territory, the water park was also working, there was no animation, but we don't need it. There are a lot of buildings on the territory to accommodate tourists, they were all empty, we were lucky. But I dare to suggest that when the hotel is full, the queues in restaurants and bars will be huge. Food is now served out by chefs through a glass partition, and this is all the time, but so far it was excellent, the food is varied, but without delicacies in the form of shrimp or squid. The beach is sandy in places and cobblestones in places. The hotel is trying to wash sand on the beach, a pipe has been laid and water with sand and silt flows out of it, because of this beach, the water is muddy and dirty.

5. Anyway, I'm writing about Amara. In general, on July 3, we were asked to check out the room until 12:00, have lunch, otherwise it is not known in Amara how things are with lunch, and at 14:00 transfer to Amara. At 15:00 they brought us to Amara, at the reception for a long time they could not understand why we had come, studied our vouchers, called everywhere and wherever possible, in general, after two and a half hours of waiting, they nevertheless apologized and settled in the main building on the 4th floor with sea views. This is of course wonderful, the room is beautiful, the view, the cosmetics are better than in Nirvana, in the evening they brought a bed for the child. You see, we were not expected.
There were only a few families in Amara that evening, there is one pool bar, a bar in the hotel lobby, a main restaurant, a candy bar and a water park.
Drinks in bars from original to local, 3 types of beer in bottles and on tap, whiskey, cocktails, Baileys (various) original and local, well, any other drink. The restaurant is very poor food, the choice is worse than in Nirvana, and the food is all either peppered or with vinegar, for Turks, the staff hardly speaks English and Russian, the place where the cooks give out food is very small, there is no children's menu, there is no grill either . They began to complain - they answered that they did not know that they would open and that they had not yet recruited all the staff. Okay, we weren’t hungry, but we didn’t get gastronomic pleasure in the luxury hotel either.
Our enjoyment of the half-empty hotel did not last long. Since July 5, it’s just been an invasion of tourists, the restaurant has completely stopped coping, there are queues everywhere, it’s useless to stand in the bar for a drink, the bartender is one turtle, the Turks without a queue, asked for tequila - he looked for glasses for a long time, then dipped them in spilled water on his table and in salt , poured tequila, took out a lemon with his hands, while constantly wiping his sweat, it's just tin. The grill appeared on the 4th day, but the queue and the fact that they were fried there just disappeared, smoke for the whole restaurant, the children's menu did not appear until July 11, the child was saved by soup, fries and puree, spicy meat, grilled fish, ordinary sea bass or some other fish, fried squid and shrimp once every 11 days, and onion rings. In general, the hotel was disappointing with food. Waiters do not call, the order to drink is 30 minutes, the Turks are a priority. Tables are covered with cheap plastic napkins, no tablecloths in a luxury hotel. Everything is very long and boring. No animation, live music in the evening. For children, only an open playground, the Kids Club is closed, the amphitheater is closed.

Room cleaning is mediocre, changed towels and bedding, but wash the floor and vacuum so, for show, that was. Many more have a problem: you hang a “Do Not Disturb” sign, they always break as if on purpose, then they brought water, then shampoo, then she needs us to go out, otherwise it’s time for cleaning. And everyone who has been there can attest to this.
6. From a good sea, excellent, clean, pebble beach, pools are clean and warm. At the end of the holiday there were not enough sunbeds. The territory is large and well-groomed, but there is not enough greenery in the central part of the hotel, there was no smell of pine needles. We went to the bay through the zoo, but there is such a viper outside the hotel, the locals come there to rest and dirtied everything.
I repeat once again: I was pleased with the sea, nature and pools, you can forget about luxury, and everyone with whom we talked at the hotel was also disappointed. I hope Amara will once again return to its former glory, but we will not go there again, the price does not match the quality.
