From the very beginning, we were faced with the boorish attitude of the staff in the bars towards Russians and Ukrainians. The territory of the hotel is small, but green. The kitchen is good, the choice is sufficient. There is also a menu for children and for vegetarians, but all the food is cold. In the morning, scrambled eggs are not fried in front of you, but ready-made and the yolk is covered with a crust.
The rooms are normal, but the big problem is that there is no cleaning in the rooms. Even if someone came, they just moved the entire floor with a rag and that's it. Soap accessories are not replenished, mini bar, you need to ask for water to be brought to you. When we asked a question at the reception why everyone was like this, we got an answer, we switched to the winter concept. If the hotel is open in the fall, then in the fall do not people come. The air temperature is 28 degrees and there is not a single umbrella, only around the pool.
