A very good hotel has appeared on Kartepe, and that's all! If you want to go skiing, go somewhere else! There are a lot of lifts, but they can't handle the traffic. You have to stand in line for the lift for 30 minutes in order to then go down in 2 minutes! If you spend the whole day there, you will ride for 10-15 minutes, but rest assured, you will stand in lines for 6-8 hours.

The resort itself and the hotel are new and poorly organized so far. It's hard to ride on weekends. The Geyikli lift was only open for one hour, but it's a very slow lift, 12 minutes up for a 2-3 minute descent. The three lifts are poorly connected, requiring some walking distance. On Saturday, I could no longer ride as there were a lot of people. The hotel and ski lift staff are very nice and friendly. There is only one short track for experienced skiers, the rest are for beginners and intermediate skiers.
