We got to the hotel by accident - to replace Malhun. The hotel is large, well placed in relation to the cardinal points - there is no direct sun in the rooms. Two pools, one with decent slides. By the pool, in the gazebo, oriental cakes with filling are baked twice a day. For an afternoon snack at the upper bar, an independent formation of hamburgers was organized (did not use it). In the hall billiards, bar. That is, the application seems to be quite good. We are not the first time in Turkey, the residents are not picky, I am writing a review for the first time, because such a "minus" remained, not from the rest, but from the hotel, which is surprising.
The hotel is very rundown, dilapidated, it feels like there is no owner, or they save on everything. This applies to everything. They do not clean the rooms, even when you hang a sign asking for cleaning (we were cleaned once in two weeks, and the linen was not changed), i. e. they didn’t even take away the garbage, and when you buy fruit, this is essential. Fortunately, the roll with garbage bags was right in the bucket, the husband took out the garbage himself. You can say it's your own fault - you have to demand it. The fact of the matter is that it is useless to demand, everyone had us there in mind!
The hotel is 50 percent Russian. there are no Russian speakers at the reception, this is not so bad, there are hotel guides to whom there are no complaints - they try, but even with their help it is impossible to achieve anything, it is easier to do it yourself than to waste time endlessly.

Let's start with accommodation. We arrived in the morning at 9.00 - we were late for breakfast, settled at 14 o'clock (we walked until 14). The room made a depressing impression (photo attached). But this is not the main thing. Water does not enter the drain tank, since the drain mechanism can be said to be absent, the lid from the tank is next to the wall. Those. you can't use the toilet. Safe torn out "with meat" - missing. There is no safe at the reception. Double bed, but 130, no more - at home 160.
Thank God, there is a guide at the reception. I explain the problem. "The safe will be brought to you now. " How will they bring it? And the toilet? I ask for two separate beds, because this one does not fit. "Wait in the room, we'll decide now. "

I fill in all the plumbing (later I washed it all) and we leave for things, change clothes, finally we can go to the sea, and dinner can wait. But it was not there. SAFE! I pay $26. "Wait 1 hour" ?? ? What to expect is not clear. It turns out that our safe does not have a key and we have to wait until they find another safe with a key. The safe was brought under the arm (3 kg of potatoes by weight) and they simply replaced one with the other, it turns out that the safe does not fasten in any way. Our number is 3138, the key tag is 1118, which created a problem when checking out (at 5.20 am). Then they explained to us that they have two or three combinations of keys in total, so it turns out to be a "call-off". By the way, on the last day before departure, 11 dollars disappeared from the safe, a little, but one hundred percent true, since I write down the date on the bag with money, it was, I took it, it remains and periodically recount (I think if it weren’t for this plate, they would have lost more), but still disgusting.

Dinner, a walk, a sleepless night the night before, they returned to the room dark, the room was in twilight (sconce lighting - no overhead light), fell like dead, until the morning. In the morning it turns out, oh horror, they slept on used linen, i. e. we simply did not change it after the previous tenants !! ! I didn’t even think that this was possible, and even in the room it was dark. Later it turned out that we were not alone in this. New travails began. Again the guide, "don't worry, rest, everything will be fine, your linen will be changed. " We are returning from the sea - only the pillowcases have been changed!!!
I take off all the bedding, towels, go out into the corridor to the maid and "bash on bash" change every item. We make the bed ourselves. The next change of linen in a week is by the same force method, since it is impossible to achieve otherwise.
By the way, about the declared issue of beach towels at the reception. Contacted once. "In 10 minutes". I come up in 10 minutes - he takes out a crumpled, not folded, namely a crumpled, wet, dirty towel (used). About the free sunbeds on the private beach. There are b / n sunbeds, but you have to go to them by bus, which departs from the hotel at 10.00 and at 13.00. Return respectively to lunch or dinner at 19.00. And on foot from there to go and go, for adults about thirty-five minutes, and a very uncomfortable road. And the beach is not worth it. Yes, and not his own at all, but an ordinary municipal one, where the local population comes to fry kebabs. Those. another scam for all of us.

I don’t know when their season began, but we ate on these tablecloths for almost two weeks and only the day before departure they were changed. She covered it with paper napkins so that it did not loom before her eyes;

- the dining room has not been renovated for a long time. The paint of the ceiling and columns turned yellow from time to time, I would even say browned, it looks very untidy. But this is not the main thing. When choosing a table, you need to inspect the ceiling above it so that construction debris from dried seams does not fall from above. Even chips of a length of 10-15 cm + a trifle fell to us. Then all this creaks on the teeth and you have to change food;
- you need to come to the very opening, otherwise it will be problematic to find a free place, despite the fact that additional tables have been set up. Because of this compaction, it is inconvenient to sit back to back, the distance is too small;
- come to the opening also because hot food, tea, clean plates can run out, sometimes there are no cutlery, glasses (by the way, this is the first hotel where they use not cups, but glasses - very uncomfortable, hot). When you ask if there will be more tea, they show that you have to go down to the bar (this is during the official lunch and dinner hours), which is generally strange. Strange though, no tea bags are offered, only titanium and three teapots;
- Well, I can not say about the cleaning of dirty dishes. Maybe I'm just experiencing this for the first time? Between the tables they carry an impressive two-tier cart (higher than the tables), on which baskets for food waste, dirty cutlery, etc. are fixed.
You have a meal, this structure is left near your table and they begin to collect dirty dishes from all around, sorting them and shaking off the leftovers from the plates. And since there is only one cart, they load it above the roof. Well, it does not contribute to a pleasant meal.
