For the first time we came to rest in this hotel three or four years ago. Then we enjoyed our holiday. Therefore, it was a logical decision to come again. BUT... not everything turned out so rosy this time.
So, everything is in order. The move in did not go very smoothly. We booked a bungalow prudently for three adults (despite the fact that we could save money and buy a tour for two adults and a child). My son is 16 years old, a tall boy, this was the main question. The travel agency, at our request, wrote a letter stating that it is extremely important to provide a room with one large double bed and one small (not a sofa). We received a response that they would forward the request to the guest relations department. What was our surprise when we were settled in a small room with two single beds and a sofa pushed together!!!
When asked to change the room or provide a single bed, we received a response that the hotel was very busy and could not change the room, and provided a cot 2 cm longer than the unfolded sofa and occupying the remaining free space in the room. In the end, we had to stay in this room and put a chair under our feet so that they did not hang down. In fact, this is a room for two, but in no case for three. That's for sure.

And this is a five-star hotel!
Of course, no one offered to refund the difference in cost, or to replace the number later. The missing slippers and bathrobe were barely asked to bring to the room, which once again confirms that the room is for two. Mini bar. His hotel replenishes once at the time of check-in! And that's it!! ! Then only 1.5 liters. a bottle of water a day for three. The rest? Think the guests themselves. Of course, you can bring drinks from the bars to your room, but why is that?
After all, this is not 3, not 4, but 5 * and ultra all inclusive. We had to take care of it ourselves. Nutrition. Just enough and varied at the beginning of lunch or dinner. If you linger and come closer to the end, then no one will provide you with the choice of dishes that was originally. There are a lot of people in one as well as in the second and third restaurants. Output? We run to the opening and only so.
Bars. There is a choice of drinks, but everything is somehow cooked economically, chtoli? Mojito without mint and syrup, only lemon and water. Lemonade sour on melted water. The beer is diluted. Coffee is tasteless, except that Turkish coffee is recommended. Didn't find anything worthwhile.

Cleaning. Cleaned daily, but after dinner and regularly during the holidays. I spilled some cream in the bathroom, at first I wanted to clean it up, but later I decided to check the maid. As a result, in four days a small drip on the tile dried up and was not removed. That is, they clean superficially. You can find an ant in the bed more than once !!!
The hotel area is very large and beautiful. The hotel is located in an attractive location, but this is not the merit of the staff.
