We arrived at 7 am, a family of six adults and a child. We waited for check-in for up to two hours, although according to the security certificate, the rooms should be free a day before the check-in of new guests. Finally, they gave rooms, two good rooms, and a dog house with a crib for me and my child, although we asked for a triple one several times. When asked to change the number to the same as the rest of the family, we were answered only for $ 50. Towels and bedding in the room are not changed, again, let me remind you that the hotel has a certificate, and this is unacceptable. There are two tiny shampoo bottles in the bathroom and they don't refill and that's it. There are no beach towels. Breakfast is very poor, no porridge, eggs and those tasteless, instant coffee. There are few fruits. Won't go back, bad experience. Were this summer in two different hotels in Turkey, there is something to compare.
