The hotel is clean, tidy, renovated, stylish design. 3 stars for this, otherwise I would have given 1. Cons cross out all the pros and leave disgusting memories. ------------ But tourists are deceived during check-out. Everyone is given an extra payment, more than it actually was. But tourists are deceived during check-out. Everyone is given an extra payment, more than it actually was.
In particular, when we checked out, we were billed for 47 lira. From what was recorded on the room was:
1) tea 10 lire, which we immediately paid for,
2) soda from the mini-bar - 7 lire.
(That is, the total amount to be paid should be 7 lira).
As a result, when they asked for a printout, it was 20 lira - some kind of "Food", 20 lira - "Beverages" and 7 lira for a mini-bar. When they started asking for bills for two points about 20 lira, the girl looked for something, went somewhere, and in the end says: "Ok, 7 try. "
-----------
Friends who evicted before us and after us had similar situations - there were extra points in the bill, or amounts that exceeded the real amounts.
-----------
So I highly RECOMMEND that you require a printout and check every item on the invoice. If you do not remember certain expenses or the amount exceeds, then ask for a signed invoice (everything that is recorded in your room, you must sign on a special account).
And in no case do not sign such invoices (we also had such a situation, they wanted to slip an empty invoice for signing).
-----------
And the incomprehensible situation with snowboards upon check-in. In the cases were snowboards and all our things. We were forced to get snowboards at the reception and were not allowed into the room with them. It was very uncomfortable (((and unpleasant (((
-----------
And very poor wi-fi in the hotel.
