I've read conflicting reviews and here's our experience:
The location of the hotel is perfect! View of the mountains and the central square of Kayseri with the old fortress. Directly opposite the hotel is a mosque, so the morning call to prayer is quite tangible.
A large hall with a chic crystal chandelier, a piano, sofas and pleasant music.
Number:
When we checked in, we were told at the reception that we needed a non-smoking room. Without question, we were handed the keys to the room on the 7th floor (each person has a separate key).
There are no strange smells in the room, on the floor either. The room is clean, the renovation is not fresh, but everything is neat, looks decent, the furniture is in excellent condition, everything works and nothing falls off anywhere. The king size bed is chic, the mattress is not sagging and very comfortable. Everyone noted the quality of pillows and blankets, it was very comfortable to sleep!
I don’t know who didn’t have enough hangers and lockers. For two, 10 hangers are enough for me, lockers and bedside tables are also enough. The room has a safe (free of charge) and a kettle.
The bathroom is also good.
Cleaning, change of towels and replenishment of cosmetics, tea accessories and water every day.
Pretty hot. With the window constantly open, the temperature was kept at 25 degrees.
Service:
The staff is helpful. They smile and always rush to help in solving problems. Most speak English. There are Russian speakers.
Separately, I would like to note the girl at the reception Alsu. She's just smart! Very helpful in all matters.
Nutrition:
I read in the reviews that there is no food. This is not Antalya! There are no huge halls with food. But we had enough.
Everything is fresh and very tasty! Breakfast is very varied (buffet). For dinner, there are always 3-4 meat dishes, 2-3 side dishes, always fish (sea bass, dorado, salmon or mackerel), a dozen and a half or two different salads, pickles, spreads, fresh vegetables and herbs, 4-5 types of Turkish pizza , lots of sweets, fruits, Cappi juices, tea, coffee (buffet). Alcohol for a fee.
There is an a la carte restaurant on the 12th floor (we did not go there because there was enough in the main restaurant).
Pool and SPA:
Unfortunately, due to the quarantine did not work.
Skiing:
We traveled with Coral Travel. The cost of the shuttle to the mountain and back is 7 dollars per person per day (large bus). It takes 20-30 minutes in time.
