Vacation in May 2005.
Attention! The hotel is stealing things from the room.
On the first day, after returning to the room after 2 hours from the beach, I did not find a camera, a box of chocolates, and some other little things.
The most interesting thing is that the keys to the Moscow apartment were defiantly lying on the cabinet near the mirror, with the key fob removed, which had previously been in the inner pocket of the bag. Some small things were also missing from the bag.
Thank God that I guessed to take all the money and documents with me. The hotel representatives reacted to my complaint calmly, with a smile on their face, asked me to write a claim (in English), which I did and promised to inform about the results.
The only thing they did was replace the girl for me to clean the room. They didn’t inform me about the results, moreover, they didn’t even apologize.

I don't want to talk badly about the guys from the reception, who were always happy to help and just chat with a smile on their faces, but I think that's it.
My evening request to prepare breakfast for the road (because the transfer was early at 3 am) remained unfulfilled, although I was reassured that everything would be done.
I hope that my story will help you avoid such troubles, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
The smile of the staff is very disturbing. Before that, she also rested in Bodrum (Aphrodite Hotels, Anka Resort, Gundem) and never encountered theft.
