Now everything is in order: we arrived on July 14 at lunchtime, check-in from 14:00, we arrived at 15:00, but no one was in a hurry to settle us. In addition to us, at the same moment, 5 more rooms were settled, but we (two adults and a child of 3 years old) were left in the end, then we understood why.
When we were given the key to the room, the Russian-speaking administrator Natalya offered to take us to the room.
On the way to the room, she already warned us that the room we were given was bad, but there was nothing to change for, since all the rooms in the hotel were occupied.
The number of our room was 144, the farthest in the territory, the front door went out to a constantly very loud humming refrigerator.
After examining the room, we just had a shock, the room was broken, for the disabled, the toilet was yellow, in the toilet the handrails were torn out of the walls "with meat", the shower was closed with a mold curtain, the door to the bathroom was broken and just hanging, the vase for the toilet brush was broken into fragments .
A sofa and an armchair in the hallway of the room with a huge layer of dust, the doors to the balcony with cracked glass, bare wires stick out under the TV.
The room had obviously not been cleaned for a long time, hair was scattered everywhere on the floor and shelves
We booked a standard 2 + 1 room, but in this room 144 there was only one double bed, to which we were told that the maid would come and lay the sofa in the hallway for the child (the sofa was completely stained and a huge layer of dust, and he's in the hallway).
After that, the administrator Natalya offered to try to change the room the next day, but you need to pay $ 30 extra. Sorry, what the hell?!! ! For such a "pig" planted more and pay extra?
After that, I went to the reception and started arguing with them, making scandals, since we were specially the last to be settled in just such a room, so that we would just gladly pay extra and run away from this horror. The owner of the hotel came running to my screams (as he was introduced to me), he asked me to explain what was the matter and went with me to inspect the room. After that, he promised to change the room for FREE the next day and sent us a cleaner who only washed the toilet.
The next day I was shown two rooms to choose from, and we were moved to one of them (room 438), but even there the bathroom wants the best, there is mold near the sink at the joints, there is a huge piece of mold in the shower cabin on the ceiling, the toilet is staggering and also yellow, dampness pulls from the air conditioner, but after that horror and hopelessness of the situation (the money was paid), we had no choice but to move here.
Now about the hotel itself:
1. The territory is not well-groomed, the plants grow on their own, stray big dogs and cats run around the territory
2. The food is monotonous, almost every day the same thing, chicken meat and that's all, and then 1-2 dishes for dinner, chicken sex, grilled chicken meat once. Desserts are impossible, everywhere is solid sugar with semolina. But fried, baked, boiled herring - darkness. It's a shame for a hotel that is located on the seashore to have only fish and seafood herring on its menu.
3. Now about the seashore - it's a quiet horror, dirty, sand mixed with a broken shell and cigarette butts, there is an entrance from the shore and a pontoon, but it's unrealistic to swim. The whole coast is in huge stones, it is impossible to enter, even if you fall off the pantone, it is still waist-deep, and neither pass nor swim. We NEVER swam on the beach of the hotel, as much as the child loves to dig in the sand, but he said that he did not want to be here (we went to the city beach in Bodrum). The road to the beach is half a ladder us, half a rubble
