Came to rest with children 7 and 13 years old. In Turkey, not the first time, there is something to compare. Don't expect to check in before 14.00. There is no cleaning in the rooms!! ! The first day I came at 17.00 to clean up when we were going to have dinner (was it really impossible to clean up for the whole day of our absence? ) At night I left towels and swimwear on the balcony to dry - everything was flooded with water, there was a pool on top, I suspect from it, I turned to reception at 8.00, replace the towels that you poured for us, as a result, we came from the beach at 14.30 - the towels are still wet and of course there was no cleaning again !! ! By the way, they left a dollar, took it away and did not clean it up! I was shocked, and it was at 5 * The next day at 8.00 I caught the maid, gave a tip and asked to clean the room, we arrive at 15.00 - not cleaned!! ! In general, for 9 days the room was cleaned 2 times, the bed was not changed at all! The minibar was replenished every day. Animation for children is missing. In the afternoon darts, aqua aerobics, yoga. The food is good, varied, alcohol is only local. I was also very surprised by the snack bar, you can’t come and take what you like yourself, you have to wait for the waiter for 10-15 minutes, order him, wait some more, and then they will bring you Part of what you ordered, the rest will simply be forgotten, and they will also confuse what you ordered! Very uncomfortable! We tried to come up to take a hamburger, NO - go wait, the waiter will bring it. Nobody understands Russian, only Suzanne at the reception.
Now about the good) the territory is all in flowers, greenery. The food is good. The sea is clean, it is better for children to take corals, there are stones. There were enough beds. Slides are only for children, none for adults.
