Stayed in this hotel for a week. I chose very carefully based on the reviews. In reality, when I got there, I was very surprised. But I was in Turkey for the first time and in Bodrum in particular. Those who have a rest in Turkey often and in all cities said that this is wonderful for Bodrum. But in terms of ratio - 5 * Bodrum = 3 * Antalya. And the prices are the same. Here's the dissonance. Here, nature and climate are at a premium.
What we liked:
1. Nature and climate! Really very beautiful, amazing energy. The climate is very mild. On my dates, who was in Antalya, they said that it was +60 and the hot sea. In our country, even in the heat itself, in my opinion, it was not above 40. The sea is beautiful - clean, refreshing, beautiful.
2. Territory and beach. Large selection of locations - you can always find a place for yourself.
3. Animation! A lot, for different tastes, from morning to night. The animation team is great. I didn’t participate anywhere, but I watched them all the time and was charged with positive.
4. Nutrition. Large selection, meat and fish every day. A large assortment of all kinds of herbs and leaves - I always collected a mountain of leaves for myself, watered with yogurt and went crazy. Separately, the location of products for children or those on a therapeutic diet - boiled vegetables and chicken. There are many fruits, but for my taste they are not ripe. Good watermelon and plums. Confectionery - a classic, a lot of different things.
5. SPA. I bought peeling and massages - very satisfied. Thanks to them, I was able to relax. This is the only place in this hotel where there is a service.
Did not like:
1. Dirty. Although I asked the Russians, they say normally. But for me it's dirty. And everywhere they seem to wash, but not enough... Because of this, all furniture, plumbing, dishes and floors look like "tired". Greasy stains on plates, on floors. Towels are greyish or stained, there is a hole in the sheets. Limescale on plumbing fixtures. The condition is similar to the average private boarding school in our Crimea. I don't think it deserves 5* or even 4*
2. Service. He is not. In my room, water did not pass into the sewer from the shower. I asked at first with a smile, but nothing has changed. And only on the fourth day, when the anger had already accumulated (the pastel had not been changed, the towels were dirty, the floor was dirty with stains, the shower did not work), I freaked out and went to swear / complain. Only then did the manager stumble on someone and clean the sewer. Waiters and bartenders with disgruntled faces almost always.
My conclusion is that I will come to Bodrum with pleasure, not to this hotel.
