Hotel level 2-3 *, no more. We do not definitely recommend. VERY dirty rooms. Our room is 1544. Upon check-in, the floor was terribly dirty. After the shower, I turned the foot towel upside down - everything can be seen in the photo.
4 times contacted the reception and asked to clean the room. They said they would leave soon. Several hours passed, we come to the room, there is still the same dirt. And so all 4 times.
For the first time we meet with such a low level of 5 *.
There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only at the reception… it is very inconvenient.
Soap dispenser not working. After daily cleaning, they only change towels and make the bed. Water, tea, coffee, etc. do not replenish.
And one more thing… if you need an iron, take it with you. The hotel does not give it either, only for money they can iron your clothes.
The view from the window is excellent. The food is varied.
