Отличний Excellent

The hotel is excellent. My wife and I had a standard room in the main building on the second floor overlooking the sea and the pool, the rooms are clean, large and in good condition. Cleaning is daily, but if you wish, you can put up a signal board like, do not disturb, i. e. entry is prohibited, of course, and they don’t do cleaning, it’s very convenient. The food is normal, varied for all tastes, there is always fresh. I was pleasantly surprised by the service starting from the RECEPSHINA, where you are always greeted with a pleasant smile. Julia deals with Russian-speaking tourists - she is extremely correct, polite and competent in all matters. She will always help you in any situation for which she is BIG thanks. A team of bartenders, animators and waiters from Ukraine are extremely attentive, sociable, friendly and efficient. Many thanks to Marina, Lina, Rita, Vlad, Luda and Alina. It was nice to communicate with the local staff of the hotel - just great. The sea is clean, warm, which is a very big plus. Among the shortcomings, not always good WIFI can be noted, and I was very surprised that in such a beautiful hotel, for some reason, a paid visit to the sauna and hammam.
