For the first time I decided to write a review, I want to warn people from ruining their vacation. Unfortunately, there is nothing good to say about the hotel. I don’t quite understand where the name “Deluxe” came from. The only plus of the hotel, a large beautiful area. The sea is clean and warm. Everything else is a complete disappointment. Starting from the check-in, the child and I were settled very far from the escalator, to the basement floor, we had to carry the child in our arms up the mountain, they asked to change the room, they gave the room a little closer. Welcome drink was not offered, it seemed to me that this is a prerequisite for a deluxe hotel. Maybe I'm wrong.
Further, it is impossible not to comment on the food. It is terrible, there is a lot of choice, BUT everything floats in fat and oil, there is nothing to feed the child. In the 6 days of our stay, there was never chicken soup or even chicken broth! All soups are Turkish-style, tasteless. I don’t understand what is the difficulty in boiling the broth and at least bringing the menu closer to the European one!?
For 6 days, a child eats pasta without sauce, because all sauces are either fatty or spicy, everything is fried. Well, at least the breakfast is varied. For 6 days, there has never been a fish day, it's just nonsense for me! For us, seaside holidays are associated with seafood, but they are NOT here. One day there were shrimp in a creamy sauce, in the other mussels stuffed with rice (the mussels themselves were not even visible, it seemed like it was just rice in a mussel shell).
My friends send me photos from another hotel with an abundance of shrimp, mussels and crayfish, and I understand that we chose the hotel unsuccessfully and are very disappointed. (And yes, fried fish is eaten every day). The choice of fruits is poor, even watermelon for 6 days has never been. We rested in different countries, but we have never seen such terrible food anywhere, and this is not the first time we have been in Turkey, there is something to compare with. It is very interesting, the owners of the hotel are interested in what they feed visitors here?
Lunch according to the schedule should be before 14:30, but at 14:00 the waiters no longer come up to pour water, serve. It seems that everyone is already tired and looking forward to the end of the season.
Another very big minus is that there is no service on the beach, it is very inconvenient, you have to run for water. We took cocktails a couple of times at the bar on the beach, I never drank such nasty things, and it’s impossible to drink them, they stink of bleach, they make daiquiris with large ice, apparently in such a luxury hotel there is nothing to grind ice with! They couldn't even make a normal mojito. In general, we drank some water for 6 days on the beach, thanks even though it does not smell like bleach. I want to note that everything is much better in the pool bar, the cocktails are delicious. The ice cream at Gelateria is amazing.
For one day they took a paid bungalow, but no longer saw the point in overpaying, because the waiters there are inattentive, the menu is very meager.
The only plus is that you can book a bungalow in advance, because it’s hard to find free sun loungers on a free beach (although the hotel is not crowded), people come at 6 in the morning, throw their towels and leave, my child and I come at 10, all the sunbeds are occupied with towels, I think staff must monitor this, at least once an hour to pass and release the sunbeds from the towels.
Well, I want to write about children's animation, it's certainly laughter. Shows in the evenings are so primitive that even my 3 year old son didn't watch them. Yesterday they just turned on a cartoon for children, is this called children's animation? I repeat, we were in different countries, but this is the first time I see such mockery, sorry, I can’t find another word. On one of the days there was a circus, it was interesting, on the other days it was not a show, but don’t understand what.
In general, we do not recommend the hotel and we are very sorry that we came here.
