By sending tourists to such a cesspool, a well-known agency has greatly undermined its reputation. On September 14, we were greeted wonderfully and brought to Terra. We experienced shock already at the reception. Dirty floors, stained tables, water dripping from the ceiling in one place, fungus on the walls and a terrible sewer smell. I won’t even describe the toilet at the reception, we have not seen such horror in Turkey. Immediately, the unfortunate Russian tourists who were vacationing here appeared, who had just been driven away from someone else's sea beach (the hotel does not have their own at all) and vying with each other began to talk about their bitter fate: they have to carry toilet paper from the common toilets, since they don’t put it in the rooms, also they are not cleaned and linen and towels are not changed; three days without hot water in the hotel. After everything we saw and heard, our group of 13 people flatly refused to settle in Terra and demanded that we provide another hotel. At the reception of Terra, we had to spend almost the whole day of our vacation - we arrived in the morning, and got to another hotel for dinner. During this time, we managed to dine here and appreciate all the delights of local catering. There was one option for hot - pasta with a chemical cutlet in red sprinkles, which we sell in boxes, we did not understand whether it was chicken or fish. There was no meat at all! And this is a 4* hotel! There was no beer and wine in the bar, they managed with water. As a result, after a wild scandal, screams and reproach, the respected "Mostrevel" sent us to the Ora hotel, forcing us to pay $ 45 per room and write a receipt that we had no complaints. It was a pity for Anya, the representative of the company, which turned out to be extreme, withstood all our pressure and emotions. Mostrevelu is a shame for such a hotel! Responsibility for such a jamb will have an image.
