An excellent hotel owned by one big family that lives and works. They have another hotel in Istanbul, they invited us there : ).
The hotel has sufficient infrastructure, good food, homemade, although the choice is small. Delicious soups, desserts. From fruits - always watermelon, there are melons, apples, oranges, grapes. For lunch and dinner, there are always 2 meat dishes, which alternate. Everything is delicious. There is an afternoon snack from 17.00 to 18.00. Alcohol, who cares, from 10 am to 10 pm, then for a fee. In addition to soft drinks (all from bottles), there is wine (pink, white, red), crayfish, vodka, beer, liqueurs. They make complex cocktails.
We had a family room, 2 rooms, one air conditioner in the corridor, it is convenient that it does not blow on the bed. Comfortable mattresses.
They clean every 2 days, wash the floors, put clean towels. Bedding is changed every 3 days. The plumbing in the bathroom is tired, but everything works.
The territory of the hotel is small, clean, there is greenery. There are several shops nearby, including Migros and Shock. The hotel's beach is a 5-minute walk towards Bodrum, there are 30 sunbeds and umbrellas, the entrance to the water is by stairs, the bottom is rocky (coral slippers are desirable). There is a shop with drinks, snacks, ice cream and beach accessories at Migros price. We went to the beach of the hotel only once, on the day of arrival. Then they left towels on the sunbeds by the pool (there are always places) and went to swim on any beach within walking distance, mainly on Ayaz Akva.
Rest were satisfied. The attitude of the staff is just super, everyone is happy to see you. We communicated with the reception using Google translator. Yes, the Internet - not a strong strong point of this hotel - is available throughout the territory, but often does not work.
Taxi in Bodrum this year 25 lira per car. You can call from the reception, you can catch yourself on the street. This time, the castle of St. Peter was opened (though not completely), we visited with pleasure. Entrance to it and all museums on the territory - 90 lira, children under 10 years old (require a document with date of birth) - free of charge. I recommend to visit.
From the pier of the beach "Ayaz Aqua" every day departs at 10 am a small boat "Xantos 4" (saw it every year but decided to go on an excursion only this time) for 60 seats. Sailing to Kara Ada and then towards Turgutreis. Only five stops. Delicious lunch and bottled soft drinks. Adult 25 euros, child - 10. We really liked the tour, I can safely recommend it.
Given the low cost of the hotel, excellent location and good value for money, I think we will return here.

The usual normal triple. Requires a little attention to itself in terms of cleanliness. We arrived 2 girls and a child of 6 years old, gave a small ordinary room with 2 beds and a sofa. The bathroom door wouldn't close, so I had to bring a rock to hold it up. There is a small verandah with a table. The room is old. But a huge plus is the luxurious mattresses on the beds and fine linens. Cleaning and linen change every 3 days.
Nutrition:
The choice was frankly small, but enough to eat. Breakfast lacked scrambled eggs and pancakes. But, apparently, in the conditions of quarantine, savings are necessary.
Infrastructure:
Lovely pool + kids pool. Enough sun loungers around. Walk 30 meters to the sea. On the beach, sun loungers are paid or on the sand on their own towels - there are a lot of places. Beach towels - no. We lay by the pool and went to the beach for a swim. There is table tennis.
Entertainment:
Every three days there was some kind of animation: belly dancing or musicians.
Staff:
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. There are only 15 of them, very friendly and helpful. The girls in the kitchen are just adorable.
Disadvantages:
Relatively high price. We went on a discount, so it was fine for us, but if you pay more than $ 1000, then it is not worth that kind of money.
There is also no animation and entertainment for children and they are a little bored. Also, the main contingent is Turks, so all the staff practically do not speak Russian and very little English. In the majority, this is a couple of on-duty phrases. This did not bother us much, since we are experienced travelers, but if a tourist does not know English and does not often visit Turkey, then it will be difficult for him. There are also questions about the cleanliness of the hotel.
But overall, great hotel, great stay. I advise everyone.
