BUT we did not expect this in any case (before that we had a rest in Turkey 5 times and were satisfied), BUT I will tell you everything in order:
we flew in with Atlant-Soyuz (if you want to live, then don’t risk flying with this airline! planes of the 40s), we were met by managers from Tez-Tour (I heard a lot of “good” things about them, BUT I was convinced on this trip I myself and do not advise anyone to choose this tour operator !!! ), brought to the hotel at 9.45, sent for breakfast, about 12 settled in the rooms, and that's where it started. Description of the room: a tiny corridor with a built-in cafe on one side and a door to the bathroom on the other, the size of the room was amazing (maximum 8-9 sq. m), and in this area they could accommodate 2 small beds for people not exceeding 170 cm tall and a dressing table! the bathroom (photo of the toilet in the attachment) struck me with the lack of curtains and a rusty toilet bowl (zero hygiene! ); the balcony that left the room was no less striking in its size, it is impossible for two people to be on the balcony, because. he is so small!!!

BUT, as our hotel manager (representative of TezTour) explained to us: girls, you are just out of luck, the hotel has better rooms and we will definitely move you, so don’t unpack your suitcases and don’t use anything in the room! go sunbathe, and after 14.00 we will move you! after 14.00 he said that our issue would be resolved after 16.00, and after 16.00 he was simply not at the hotel, he left. At the reception we were told that this issue will be resolved tomorrow! BUT since our trip was for 5 days, we decided to put up and enjoy the rest!
By the way, it is worth noting that NONE of the hotel staff speaks Russian, in addition, they also speak English very poorly, despite the fact that most of the guests are English!
Let's continue, the road to the plough (sea) struck me with its steepness in the literal sense: it is difficult to go down, because. the road is at 45 degrees and quite slippery. People over 50 preferred swimming in the pool at the hotel (very stinks of bleach! ), Because they had no choice! On our arrival, one of the guests left the hotel early due to serious injuries while going down to the beach!
The variety of dishes was simply amazing: meat and cold cuts, there were no sausages, salads were very spicy (for lovers! ), the assortment of sweets was decent only one of the evenings (Turkish - on Sunday), drinks - diluted juices from a bag, i. e. You don't have to worry about your figure! For breakfast, lunch and dinner, we ate watermelon (sometimes there were peaches from fruit and that's it! ). As for the service, basically the waiters walk around, communicate with each other, no one is engaged in DIRECT duties !! ! If you decide to tip, then think 100 times: after YOU tip one of the waiters, he stops serving you and avoids you!! ! We tried it for ourselves!
In addition to the main restaurant, there is a bar on the beach, where hamburgers are prepared from 13.00-16.00 (even stray dogs refuse to eat meat from a hamburger) and french fries with mayonnaise (you can eat! ), As well as a bar near the restaurant, where tea is served from 17.00 -18.00
Speaking of the time limit, it's strict, come to the restaurant 5 minutes before closing and no one will let you in!! ! Breakfast time is from 8.30-10.00 (for those who like to sleep, breakfast will only be in their dreams), lunch from 12.30-14.00 and dinner from 19.30-21.00.

Those who came to hang out, sorry, there is no animation in the hotel, as well as music by the pools !! ! Spend the day and evening in silence!! ! The village, which is located nearby is quite small and the club is not particularly happy! in addition, there are no shops with souvenirs and gifts, because the village is designed for local buyers! ! In the center of the village there is a supermarket where you can buy sunscreen and food!!!
As for housekeeping, it simply does not exist!! ! Our room was cleaned only 2 times in 5 days, by crumpling the blankets and putting them into open bedside tables, and washing the floor in the bathroom (after each inclusion of the shower, the floor in the bathroom was covered with a layer of water, because there were no curtains! ).
It is worth noting that your belongings may disappear after cleaning your room (bracelets, earrings, i. e. small items), so I advise you to store all valuables in a safe at the reception!! ! The cost of renting a safe will cost you $ 22, regardless of how many days you want to rent it!
We were leaving early in the morning and the hotel managers were supposed to provide us with breakfast, BUT alas and oh, they forgot to do this, so our check-out was left hungry!! ! Our manager (Alexander, a person who talks a lot BUT does nothing! ) said: "Sorry, it's not my fault, have a good trip! Use the services of our company!!! " Although the manager had to defend our rights to receive breakfast, BUT alas and ah....this is TezTour))) we must be glad that we didn’t live on the street for 5 days....very many this tour operator "threw" with hotels and accommodation!! ! Be careful!! ! DO NOT take excursions from a tour operator !!!!!
In general, if you have never rested abroad, then you can (only the impression of Turkey will not be the best !!! ), if you have rested, then you will "wash" for a long time after visiting this hotel !!!
The only plus, the hotel is located on top of the mountain and Pts beautiful views!
