We stayed at the hotel in July 2008. In general, I liked the hotel. Rooms, service, territory, food at a good level. What I didn’t like was a small beach (the sunbeds were occupied no later than 8 am), only Turkish drinks, no tea and coffee in the main restaurant for lunch and dinner. The most unpleasant impression about the operator Teztour and specifically about the guides Nikita, Yulia, Angela, Aden. Absolutely incompetent, lying about the content of excursions, boorish attitude towards tourists. Our vacation was spoiled by teztour excursions, which were organized solely for the purpose of bringing suckers (ie us) to shopping centers. On average, an excursion to Ephesus took 1.5 hours, and about 4 hours we walked in shopping centers. I note that all this was done for our money. Plus, the lack of air conditioning in some buses, disgusting excursions. The apogee was a trip to rafting: instead of the promised 3 hours on the road, it turned out to be 6.5 hours on the road, of which 3 hours in the mountains in minibuses of the 60s without air conditioning and brakes. It is logical that on one of the mountain serpentines, our bus fell off a cliff and we miraculously survived. The driver managed to direct the bus uphill so that we could slow down.
