Having read the negative reviews, having gone to this hotel, since the tickets had already been bought, I was set for the worse, but then my impression changed.
In order:
1. Yes, the room is small, there is no balcony, but cleaning was carried out every day, towels, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper were changed. Hot water worked without interruption, the drain in the shower was normal. The TV was never turned on for 7 nights, but one Russian channel seemed to work.
2. The hotel does not have a territory where to take a walk, but in fact we didn’t need it, since the hotel is located on the first line and if you want to take a walk, you can go along the embankment to the left, sit in restaurants, see other hotels, walk to the night market ( 15 minutes slowly);
3. Opposite Dragut Point 4 * (located next to one hotel to the left) they sell Tito excursions, a sea trip, it costs $ 20-30 per person, you leave on the ship for the whole day, lunch is included, drinks on the ship are paid.

It is worth going in order to diversify the trip and admire the views of Turkey from the ship, swim and dive from the ship, sunbathe on the second floor of the ship, listen to music and take beautiful pictures, it makes no sense to go far and buy from others, because everywhere the same in fact, the hotel guide is 3 times more expensive than the excursion, so you can buy from him calmly
4. The hotel has a small swimming pool, open from 10-19, clean, you can swim, there are sunbeds available, as well as towels
5. A big plus is the location of the hotel on the 1st line, it took 2 minutes and you are at the sea, the entrance to the sea is sand near the hotel. Yes, the beach is not big, there are not always enough sunbeds, but we passed either to the right or to the left and calmly found a place. A big plus is that the breeze blows from the sea, the heat is not felt as much as, for example, in the center of Bodrum (they were there, it was very hot, it was unbearably stuffy and there was nothing to breathe)

Yes, the staff does not speak Russian, but at the reception and in the restaurant a few people speak English, in addition, you can always use an interpreter. The staff are young people, but friendly and smiling, always trying to help;
7. Food, if you have vacationed in Antalya, Kemer, etc. In 5 star hotels, then of course say that there is nothing to eat, but I did not have high expectations, since it is still a 3 star hotel. I can't say that I was really hungry. There were always fresh vegetables, olives, delicious rice, chicken, french fries, pastries, coffee, not bad rose wine and beer and delicious bread. Meat, sausage, frankly, not very)
8. There is no animation on the territory of the hotel, before 17.07.
23 it was possible to use all the options of the second hotel (next to Dragut Point 4 *), where there is animation, after dinner they give burgers, the pool is better, but unfortunately this option was excluded, as they say due to complaints from tourists from this hotel, you can only come and enjoy the bar and listen to music in this hotel after 21.00 hours.

In general, the impression of the rest is good, if you do not pay attention to the little things, such as that the forks were running out, there was no variety of fruits (only watermelon, oranges, apples), a small room and the beach, but look at the beauty around, enjoy the sea and the sun, be in a good mood, you can spend a week in this hotel.
