The staff is friendly, of course, there are few Russian-speaking staff, but my knowledge of English in the framework of the school curriculum is quite enough for communication. One drawback, because it's of course the beach. The hotel does not have it. And that plot of land is 3x6m in size. hard to call a beach. And this is for the entire hotel, but there, with all the desire, everyone will not fit. But once again I repeat, we liked the rest. The main thing is not to hang your nose and the Slavs will find a way out of any situation. Food: quite tolerable. Meat, fish, vegetables, fruits - what else is needed for a good mood. Too bad they didn't serve barbecue.
In a word, I recommend everyone to relax in this cozy hotel.

We got to this hotel due to the fact that there was no choice (season + financial limitations, if in October you can go to 5 * for $ 1000, then in July for the same money only in this ass !! ). After reading the previous reviews, we were ready that it would not be great, but when we arrived we saw that everything was actually much worse.

After reading the previous reviews, we were ready that it would not be great, but when we arrived we saw that everything was actually much worse.
Check-in at the hotel: the room was given quickly, but the remotes (from the telly and the conduit) were brought only in the evening, towels in general after 2 days, the shower did not work at all, the plumber came only after 3 days. The view from the room was on the trash))) But in principle, this is a trifle if you do not sit in the room all the time (we only spent the night there). And by the way, in the whole hotel, only one girl at the reception spoke, whom we saw 2 times.
Meals: cucumbers-tomatoes-rice-pasta-cabbage (all this for a week + stale), a lot of other garbage that was even scary to try)) But we liked the rice))) very edible) The fruits were not ripe-melon, apples, oranges, watermelons, grapes. Dishes are ALL DIRTY!! ! We washed glasses for ourselves))) Of alcohol, only beer (diluted with water), vodka (did not try it), wine (red-white-like brew))))), crayfish (like aniseed vodka), gin (we constantly drank it with sprite and lemon, in principle, nothing).
Cockroaches: there they are! ! and very large, with a mustache) near the bar, mostly in the common toilet.
Swimming pool: there were never enough umbrellas and sun loungers near the pool, the pool was cleaned only 1 time, but we did not see such a green color (as in the previous commentary on the photo), the pool, in principle, if we didn’t find fault with it, and you can swim there as much as your drunk soul wants , at least all night))) it made us very happy)
Beach: Oh! it’s generally a kapets, it simply doesn’t exist there, so there’s nothing to write) ahahah), but I can say that the road to this so-called “existing beach” will “please” you very much, there was a garbage can that stank very well)... before the sea is 50-60 meters, literally a minute to go), and there swim wherever you want for a fee, of course, but we arrogantly came and lay down on any free sun loungers and turned away when the surprised Turks looked at us)). The beach there is urban, along the promenade there are cafes, and at these cafes the beaches are redeemed, i. e. order something from them and lie on a sun lounger for at least a whole day (but until 19.00, then they put tables there and remove the sun loungers).
Tez tour: Representatives of the tour at the hotel are very nice, they FUCK with a smile), they try to deceive at every step, there is Sergey (Russian-speaking) and Sasha, the uncles are so middle-aged. They constantly walk and smile at everyone stupidly. In general, we went to the water park with a teztour (we regretted it, of course), and instead of the usual ones from 10.00 to 18.00, we spent lunch there from 12.00 to 15.30+ from 13.00 -15.00 (large queue), no organization !! ! in addition to everything, they forgot to pick us up from the hotel and we spent an hour at the reception waiting for this moron Sergei, then he arrived and, like, we were late for the reception to come up at 10.00, and he was still mumbling something under his breath, vanyu shit. And how the day before the water park they wanted to pick up the money, they found us! In general, these tour didn’t make me happy. There were still many misunderstandings with us and with other tourists, it’s impossible to write everything.
Sea: kapets how cold, but in principle clean and beautiful)
Bodrum: I didn't like the city itself, an ordinary port town, dirt and all that. Prices are 100 times overpriced, we bought an ordinary fridge magnet for $ 3 (In Alanya, the same ones cost $ 1 for five pieces).
the hotel itself is located in a settling village. there was not even greenery, small dirty streets and almost desert, there is no entertainment.
All in all a great vacation!! ! we wish you the same)) the main thing is in another hotel and somewhere in Marmaris ! !

First of all, I would like to join the reviews of previous commentators, I agree with everyone 100%. From myself I would like to add a photo of the pool in which the water is green The hotel does not have its own beach, but you can sunbathe on the beach of the restaurant on the shore. The size of the beach is approximately 5m by 6m.

The hotel does not have its own beach, but you can sunbathe on the beach of the restaurant on the shore. The size of the beach is approximately 5m by 6m. There is no place on the beach, there are no sun loungers, but it is dangerous to lie on those sun loungers,
you can also get injured. they are broken. When asked to provide sun loungers at the reception, they answer that you need to take a seat before sunrise. Here is a photo of the sun lounger
At 17.00 they kick out from the beach and put out tables from the cafe.
Entrance to the hotel is free, anyone can enter, there is no control.
Of everything that is written in the description of the hotel, 30 percent of the truth, the rest is a lie.
It is better not to go shopping on the tour operator's transport. they take them to expensive shops where hotel guides probably get kickbacks from the money spent by tourists.
For shopping, I recommend going to the city market. bus stop right next to the hotel.
Excursions at the hotel are much more expensive than at the beach market.
In addition, during my vacation there was a case of loss of money from one room (not from the safe), of course, the hotel administration does not bear any responsibility for the safety of valuables.
In general, it was not a rest, but a continuous headache.
As for the city of Bodrum itself, the sea, the weather, everything is fine.

I'll be in order: 1. The hotel area is very small, from the room to the restaurant and from the restaurant to the pool 2 steps. Personally, this didn’t bother me much, because. went to the beach 2. Beach!! ! Separate topic. He is not his own, and not 50 meters, as it seems to me !! ! There is a line of restaurants along the coast and they claim that the beach is a restaurant (each has its own piece opposite).

2. Beach!! ! Separate topic. He is not his own, and not 50 meters, as it seems to me !! ! There is a line of restaurants along the coast and they claim that the beach is a restaurant (each has its own piece opposite). Therefore, I had to buy a bottle of water for 1.5 lira and a deck chair with a mattress all day long. But do not overshadow your vacation with this, it is better to buy this water and sunbathe calmly. If you don't like something on this stretch of beach, go to the territory of another restaurant for the same bottle of water.
3. The food is normal, for such a three-ruble note, I think it's good. There was always food, if something ran out, they brought more. They gave fish, a couple of times chicken. At least they didn't go hungry. Of the fruits, there were only watermelons and melons.
4. Gym, aerobics, table tennis, darts
the animation program is complete nonsense, all this is not there. The billiards are gouged.
5. The staff is good, not intrusive, they do not understand Russian, English will be useful to you there.
Well, in conclusion, I want to say that I had a good rest. And you will have a good rest if you do not find fault with everything for the pennies that you paid for this hotel. Take excursions, a day less at the hotel. Go for a walk around Bodrum on your own (I warn you they don't know Russian there). By minibus 3.75 lira to the center ($1 = 1.5 lira, more expensive in the city). From the stop, go down to the embankment, there you will see the fortress of St. Peter, you won’t regret going, the entrance is 10 lira. Good luck.

the hotel is average, although they promised us 4 stars. The food is terrible, every day is the same. If you come 20-30 minutes late, you won't get anything. Of the fruits, they ate only watermelons, the rest had to be bought by ourselves. There is no private beach, as they describe here. The beach is alien and you always had to pay for it.

I was looking for a cheap tour that cost me $600. from Almaty, Kazakhstan. I searched for reviews about the hotel and unfortunately did not find anything. According to the photos and description on the Internet, everything seems to suit me. However, not everything is like that! There is no private beach. Animation, gym, sauna, laundry, discos, table tennis and many other things are not available.

There are few Russian speakers. The staff does not understand Russian and speaks English poorly. Housekeeping is average, bed linen was changed only once. The food is monotonous, there is no meat at all. Drinks are pure chemicals. But for such money it is not a pity. There is nothing to do with children there.
Your vacation in such hotels can be saved by a good company and a variety of excursions. In this regard, we are lucky

We rested at Club Aqua Ortakent from May 25 to June 1.2010. I always dreamed of visiting Bodrum, because it is a very beautiful ancient city, next to which there are many historical sights. Of course, we were worried, because before that we had been in a 3 * hotel in Kemer, where we did not like it terribly, after which we went only to five-star hotels.

We rested at Club Aqua Ortakent from May 25 to June 1.2010. I always dreamed of visiting Bodrum, because it is a very beautiful ancient city, next to which there are many historical sights. And then there was a very cheap tour. . . Of course, we were worried, because before that we had been in a 3 * hotel in Kemer, where we did not like it terribly, after which we went only to five-star hotels. But we decided to take a chance and were pleasantly surprised! : ) I can say right away that Bodrum itself is a more European and civilized resort compared to, for example, Kemer. As for the hotel: it is small, family type, the staff speaks English. At the time of our arrival, a week had passed since its opening in the new season and there were very few vacationers: 20-25 people, of which Russian-speaking - only my husband and I + a couple of our friends, whom we met there : -) Immediately after On arrival, the manager Omar personally approached us and treated us very carefully and respectfully. Settled immediately, the room is small but decent, everything worked, cleaned well, linen changed every day. Regarding food: a small variety, but everything is fresh and tasty, we were not hungry, except for breakfast-lunch-dinner there were also snacks at 16-00 (french fries and hamburgers) and cookies at 17-00. If we wanted something unusual, we could go to the embankment, where local restaurants set tables every evening on the seashore and the prices are quite adequate, you can eat octopus, different types of fish, shrimp, squid, etc. In the hotel a small but quite normal pool, for some reason it was green at the time of our arrival. But the next day it was apparently cleaned and then everything was ok, every evening I watched how it was cleaned, that is, everything is in order with this. I was also struck by the fact that in the hotel all drinks are in glass: beer is good tuborg gold in branded large glasses. Moreover, at the time of our vacation there was no bartender, we ourselves poured it from kegs. The beach is located 100 meters from the hotel, unfortunately, there is no beach of its own, but at the time of our vacation, almost all the beaches were empty, so we occupied sunbeds on the territory of a neighboring hotel. During the season, this is probably a big problem. . As for the Aegean Sea, it is very beautiful, blue and clean, although it was a little problematic to enter our beach and the water temperature at the end of May, of course, is still insufficient (up to 20 degrees), to enter it was necessary to show willpower : -) But nevertheless, we swam every day, almost alone in the sea. The embankment of Ortakent is very beautiful and picturesque, there are many restaurants, shops, it is very pleasant to walk there in the evenings. As for excursions, there are few local travel agencies (we found one), but we did not dare to go through it, because we were afraid that the guide would not be Russian-speaking (because English is spoken everywhere in Ortakent). Therefore, we went on an excursion to Ephesus through our tour operator (Turtess) and, by the way, were dissatisfied with the quality of the organization of the excursion (especially the guide), although it cost almost 2 times more than through local ones. From Ephesus itself, they were delighted! We also went to Bodrum itself. A minibus goes there from Ortaketa, it costs about 1.5 dollars. from a person.
