At first glance the hotel is nice and big.
Let's start, firstly, in the hotel, Wi-Fi catches only near the reception, in the room you will not be able to use Wi-Fi. We asked for a room closer to the reception in order to use the internet. We were told that all rooms were occupied and were given a remote room. We started paying for the rooms right away, then we said that we would move out. The manager immediately offered us another room, where wi-fi catches according to him, but it was not so. We went to another room and the Wi-Fi did not catch anyway. We were up and already agreed to live in a hotel without Wi-Fi. Due to the fact that we were given a room for a long time, we missed a paid lunch, but there was a snack at 16.15, they had fries, mocorons and nagets for a snack, I'm not picky about food, but when you eat chicken you understand that it was fried in old oil, it feels like they are frying all the food on one dish.
Secondly, and this is the most important thing for me, initially when I chose this hotel, I liked it because they have their own beach, the first coastal one. BUT, guys, this beach was terribly dirty, I just don’t have enough words to describe my emotions, when I saw this beach, there were cigarette butts, bottles, candy wrappers lying around, well, it’s impossible, what kind of rest in such mud ??? ? I went into the water, just to walk and wet my feet, so when I went into the water I pierced my heel with some piece of iron, the puncture was deep, there was a lot of blood. The hotel gave me only iodine and a band-aid.

I just burst into tears, because there was no mood to stay in this hotel, with such staff, the beach.
It all happened 4 hours after we checked into the hotel, we immediately went to the manager to check out of this hotel, the manager told us to move out, but I won’t return the money to you, we talked for a very long time, calmly at the beginning, and then on emotions because they refuse to listen to you and understand your condition. As a result, we moved out, part of the money was returned to us, and part they kept for themselves, like penalties, that supposedly they had to refuse to check in with two clients due to the fact that there were no rooms. But the hotel is very big and there were a lot of empty rooms, and I doubt that they refused anyone to check in.
I do not advise staying in this hotel, just ruin your vacation for your own money!
Very disappointed, the advertisement of this hotel was great, but in reality everything is not like in the advertisement.
