We have not seen a worse hotel, everything falls off everywhere, linen and towels were not changed even once in 10 days, the food was bad, there was no choice if you were late for lunch and dinner for 10 minutes - there is nothing. The staff is unfriendly. The hotel guide (Emil) seen 1 time, when selling excursions, when he offered excursions for $ 15 more than in his own price list, he lied to us like fools, apparently he always does it.
