My husband and I had a rest this summer in Turkey, Belek, hotel Limak Atlantis*****. When we arrived, we really liked the hotel, the decor, good furniture, interesting design. The territory is large: several pools, a jacuzzi, slides, an amphitheater, 6 restaurants. But on the first day, we encountered unpleasant things. Number: in the bathroom there is only shower gel, one soap, toilet paper, towels - and nothing else. Soap has not been changed since the day of our arrival, toilet paper only if it is completely over, and the worst thing: towels were not changed periodically, but simply folded neatly !!! ! About the fact that there should be bathrobes, slippers, a shower cap, shampoo, body sponge, etc. , this hotel apparently does not know. The bed linen was changed only once during the 9 days of our stay. We left tips for the maid several times, but nothing changed.
Further buffet: monotonous, every day the same thing, and more than 50% of the food is impossible to eat. There were practically no fruits, only plums, grapes, pears and sometimes watermelon or melon. Dishes were dirty and broken. There are 6 restaurants on site. We went on the ultra all inclusive system. As a result, in 2 restaurants it was necessary to pay extra 5 euros per person to dine there. In restaurants, an appointment for 3 days in advance, and you can only sign up for one restaurant (that is, for 9 days, we were there, we could only go to 3 restaurants). We decided to have dinner at a Mexican restaurant, ordered 4 dishes: 1st salad with chicken (they brought a small plate with lettuce and (I give a tooth, I’m not lying) there is one small piece of chicken), then two some Mexican dishes and dessert. In general, without waiting for dessert, we left for dinner at the buffet. The table was set with broken crockery.
There are practically no imported alcoholic drinks, with the exception of whiskey, cognac and rum. When you ask for Baileys, they pour you a locally produced Holiday drink without even batting an eyelid. This drink was periodically diluted, especially in the evening. It is either stronger or weaker, sometimes grains of coffee settled on the bottom. There are several cocktails on the menu, but when you ask to make them, the bartender says that there is no cocktail, although all the ingredients are on the bar. Sometimes they treated clients to cocktails from a huge bottle, which was not clear there. The animation is boring and uninteresting. The staff is insolent, they absolutely do not care about the customers of the hotel. I would give the hotel 3 stars, but not five.
